Steven : Well, lets get to the basics. Your average monster hunter dragon is stronger than your average Pokémon, but here is where the differences comes in: Regigigas is way more powerful. He has pulled a island with a rope with ease, and if you calculate the island's mass, its a ton of mass. Cephadrome's strongest attacks? Not so much.
Pearl: It also helps that Cephadrome's attack advantage doesn't help him out for long. The attacks of a legendary Pokémon is more than what a average dragon can handle.
Steven: Also, Regigigas has some moves that are what makes Cephadrome weak to: Ice punch and Thunder storm. Looks like Cephadrome was dumed in the end.
Pearl: The winner is Regigigas.
