Chenle arrived at the cafe where he was going to meet his childhood best friend who also happens to have a crush on him.

As he entered the cafe, there were no other people much to his relief, Yu Yan was waving at him. He smiled at her and headed towards their table.

"Chenleeee, I missed you so much, how are you?" Yu Yan asked

"Hahahaha Yan slow down would you were not in a hurry we got the whole day to hang out remember" Chenle said laughing at his childhood friend

"But then again I'm doing great, been practicing for performances and hanging out with the guys and girls" Chenle said smiling

"I still can't believe that my best friend is really a kpop idol, who figured that dream you had as a kid would turn out to be true, im so proud of you" Yu Yan said

"Well you better believe it, thanks how have you been what have you been doing lately" Chenle asked

"Well of course im still studying but im thinking of being a photographer for a magazine in Korea" Yu Yan

"Oh that's nice we can work together if ever" Chenle said

"Yah hahahaha so tell me who are your other friends here other than your members?" Yu Yan asked

"Well their some idols from other groups and some of the trainees at SM that's about it, I don't really have enough time to mingle around with others" Chenle said

"So do you have a bias in NCT other than me?" Chenle asked

"Well i really like Renjun but Sicheng all the way for me, maybe even more than you" Yu Yan said laughing

"I would congratulate you but then Sicheng hyungs already taken" Chenle said, disappointing his best friend

"Oh really by who? Is it another idol?" Yu yan asked in a hurry

"Calm down calm down its an idol to be, it's my Yiyang noona" Chenle said

"Oh really well im happy for them Yiyang is very pretty and talented..." Yu Yan said trailing off

"Its ok Yan Yan there are other members in NCT that  aren't taken theres Johnny hyung, Taeil hyung, Yuta hyung, Doyoung hyung, Ten hyung, Kun hyung" Chenle said trying to cheer up the girl

"Oh yah that reminds me, hows my parents?" Chenle asked

"Well their doing great missing you but great and before I left they asked me again if i could ask if you were daring anyone if not to reconsider their offer again in marrying me instead" Yu Yan said

"Aish these parents, well when you see them tell them I wont consider that" Chenle said giving a look of dissapointment

"Le le you know that I like you right and that I will do anything to make you happy, wouldn't you want to marry me your best friend we grew up together and then we grow old together" Yu Yan said trying to convince Chenle

"Yan Im sorry but no, I don't want to marry someone with a one sided love in the marriage, Im sorry but i dont want to marry you its not that i dont like you I do really but I have my eyes on someone and she is the best thing that happened in a long time I love her and I'm hoping she likes me too" Chenle said thinking about Ningning

"I guess the look in your eyes says it all, it was worth a shot right, I'll tell your parents when i get back, anyway who is the said girl who stole your heart" Yu Yan said

"Well she's a trainee at SM and I really want her to debut along with the other girls, she's really talented and pretty, sadly her bias is Renjun hyung thats why a lot of people ship them but then she is a lot closer to me and prefers to hang out with me even when the chance to go with her bias is right there, her names Ningning, i hope i get to introduce you too" Chenle said smiling

"That is so cute she so likes you lele for sure" Yu Yan said

"Really I hope so im asking her out soon, will you be there?" Chenle asked

"Wouldn't miss it for the world, for my best friend" Yu Yan said smiling happy for her best friend
