Arriving at the floor of the office, Koeun was nervous like really nervous, she hasn't been in there for a long time. Grabbing a hold of Koeuns hands, Mark gave her a reassuring smile before knocking on the door slightly opening to get a glimpse inside. Seeing that Lee Sooman told them to grab a seat, Mark led Koeun who was hiding behind Mark, not letting go of his hand, guiding Koeun to her seat beside his, he squeezed her hand once more.

Seeing the little interactions in front of him, the founder couldn't help but crack a smile, these two best friends were as oblivious to their feelings like he and his wife were in the past. Lee Sooman wouldn't admit it but he had a soft spot for these two people in front of him, not that all his artists don't matter to him, it's just that it reminds him of a time when he was still with his wife, they were the best of friends growing up together they had each others back, knowing his dream was not a sure filled plan she still chose to support him in all he does, and with meeting these two for the first time years ago they instantly reminded if him of those happy times.

Cracking another smile Sooman spoke, "I know you guys are aware of whats going to happen right?" He questioned them, Mark and Koeun giving a brief nod before he continued, "After years of finally training, you girls have shown yourself to me that you are ready in more ways than one, i have high hopes for you girls because i know you have the talent and mentality to work out everything that comes your way and with that said you girls will debut earlier than we expected instead of October as your debut month it will be pushed forward to June now since its May now you will be given a few weeks about 1-2 weeks to be helping produce the song, the lyrics have already been written with the help of Taeyong, Seulgi, Mark and of course our writers, you can just input your ideas to help with the production" He continued getting a glimpse of the two adults in front of him, who both had a look of excitement, wonder and determination in their eyes, before he spoke again, "the next following weeks after that will be used to practice the choreography, Mark you will be practicing with them for the last week alright?, moving on by the time that will be finished it will be the month of June, you will be getting 2 weeks off before the showcase to go back to your hometowns or take it as a break for relaxation, while we take care of the showcase, i want you guys to work hard and make this as memorable as all our other debut songs and comebacks ok?" Mark and Koeun couldn't let out a single word, they were to happy, all they could do is nod their head vigorously in agreement

"Oh and one last thing for the practices I want the dreamies to help you guys out, i know how much your fans love the dreamies so its up to you guys if you want them to help you guys create the choreography or let them be your partners its all up to you guys just inform me before the showcase so we can accommodate" He said, before looking at the two waiting for their reply

"Thank you so much seonsaengnim we wont disappoint you" Koeun said with a hint of determination in her voice

Mark nodded his head to what Koeun said, "we promise to make use of our time wisely seonsaengnim" Lee Sooman smiled

"I'll leave it to you guys to tell the other but only them alright when we release the announcement then you can tell you families, now you guys go ahead" Sooman said as Mark and Koeun stood up to exit the room

Realising something Mark looked back at his pdnim, "seonsaengnim can i talk to you for a second" he said getting the attention of both people in the room, looking at Koeun with a reassuring smile, she understood immediately heading out the door to wait for him.

Once Mark made sure Koeun was out of ear shot he spoke up with a serious under tone "seonsaengnim, at that showcase I would like to ask out Koeun, I've been waiting for years for the right moment to do this and I couldn't have any other date than to do it there, I know that were still a bit young and she would have just debuted, but one thing i know for sure is i love her and im willing to take the sacrifice if i can be with her without the thought of being caught" He finalised, take a breather feeling the weight lifted of his chest for some reason

Mark waited for his boss' answer expecting for the disapproval, " I approve just tell me what you need and im sure that your team will be aware of this right? Make sure everybody knows except her ok" His seonsaengnim said surprising Mark

"Ah wait really wait is this real am i dreaming?!" Mark was shocked surprised and every other word that could describe him now, his boss nodded his head before saying, "yes now go mark you dont want to keep her waiting now do you".

Unable to comprehend the situation he head out the door bowing on his way out to meet the girl outside who was by the way really curios what is happening inside that left Mark speechless.

Catching up to Mark Koeun said, "Markue what did you want to talk about with Sooman seonsaengnim"

Dismissing the question he replied, "why dont we get a cake to celebrate while the others are still there, ill tell Yeri to call in Red Velvet noonas and the rest of NCT alright this is worth as much celebration as needed" feeling a bit sad at the dismissal of her question she nodded anyway, entwining their hands as they walked to their favourite cake shop.
