Natsuki's POV

Yuri looked especially off, her purple hair covering her face more than she normally lets her hair go. She was just looking down at the cover of an unopened book. I never see her like this, she's normally much more talkative.

But not really.

Why do I care anyway? She's a bitch. She cuts herself. Doesn't that mean she's depressed?? Well, I guess it's not nice to just ask someone if they're depressed.

"Hey, Natsuki!! Come on, we're eating cupcakes now!" I hear José say.

"Uuu..! Whatever." I reply, still half looking at Yuri.

She was reading the book quietly now, her hair like a curtain to her face. She had one of those "Talk to me and I'll stab you" looks, so I left her be.

Sayori laughed at something José said, and Monika showed him the poem book. He seemed particularly interested in Yuri's poem, "The Raccoon."

I feel like I'm the only one who actually gets that poem. If anyone else got it, they'd hate Yuri just as much as I do.

It's like everyone is praising her for cutting herself. It's not a praiseworthy thing to do, is it??

I guess some people just don't get it, do they.
