The Battle At Kenia

I walked in the arena and everyone started to boo and throw trash. I saw Ri and Drake in the stands with concerned looks on there faces. Honestly they should have confidence I mean yea I failed my test but I'm actually a good fighter. I took down Fathers whole army once but he got mad a usual.

I stepped on the starting plate and suddenly the door on the other side shot open. A monster came out and I froze. I had never seen this creature before. It was white and covered in spiky crystals of all sorts. It's fangs were a foot long and its claws were as sharp as hell. It had a headband on it and from what I could tell it was used to keep the monster secure.

"Finally ready are you." Shade said jumping down from the stand above the arena

"Yea" I Said nodding

"Ok the rules are simple. You fight to the death using any powers that are available to you but you can't use fire." Shade Said

"Dang! That's one of my best ones!" I thought

"When I say start you may begin." He Said floating the the stand

"Ready........START!" He yelled and it had begun

The monster lunged at me with his claws. I tried to doge it but was to slow and got clawed in the stomach. I winced at the pain but kept my head up. I took my sword and took a swing at the monster. I hit him right in the chest but it did nothing.

"Pathetic" It bellowed

"What how?" I said backing up

"My body is immune to your weapons." I Said

"Then maybe I'll try another way." I Said and lifted my hands revealing lighting in my palms

I shot lighting at him sending my backwards. He tumbled but managed to land back on his feet. Then he did something that I wasn't ready for. He shot a ball of dark magic into the air blocking the sun from shining.

"Why did he do that? Maybe his weakness is light!"

I sprinted at the monster acting like I was gonna strike but jumped over him and shot him in the back with lightning. He fell to the ground but then vanished. I looked around to see if I could find him but he was know where to be found. Suddenly there was a sharp pain near my gut. I looked down to see a red crystal through my stomach. I screamed out in pain and fell to the floor. The monster walked over to me and set his foot on my stomach and on the wound making me cry out again.

"Your finished." He Said

"Am I?" I croaked and shot a ball of magic into the air

It hit the dark magic and an explosion happened. When it died down the dark magic began to vanish revealing the sun. The sun hit the monster and went through the crystals to his pale white skin burning him. He fell to the ground and turned to dust. I had won.

Drake and Ri came running down to the arena. They slid to my side to check out my wound.

"Damnit Sky you really know how to put on a show." Ri said tearing up

"I know." I croaked

"The wound started to heal on it's own and when I was healed enough I stood up. The crowd was shocked beyond there own imaginations. Then shade came down.

"So your not some regular mage are you?" He asked

"I'm the daughter of Satan." I Said

"Figured I've never seen magic like that in the normal realms." He Said

"So what now?" I asked

"He will be sacrificed to the queen." He Said

"So we can leave right?" Drake asked

"Yea you can leav-" He Said and a dark shadow came and went inside him

"Shade?" Ri asked

"You will be challenged and tested to my power." Shade Said in a weird voice

"What?" Drake Said

"I will send my greatest soldiers to get rid of you." He Said

"Who are you?!" I Said

"My name is Crimson Black and I'm here to destroy you and your little fan squad and if you want you little friends back I suggest you come find me." He Said

"What the hell did you do?!" Drake Said

"Oh you know I just took some of your love ones." He Said showing a image of Nova, Damian, and Drakes little sister Alli."

"TELL ME WHERE YOU ARE!" Drake yelled

The the shadow came out of shade and vanished.

"Leave." Shade Said finishing the sentence he said before the black shadow entered him but stopped when he saw everyone looking at him

"What?" He asked but I shook my head

"Nothing we need to get out of here." I Said and started heading to the door

"Wait Skylar take this." Shade Said and tossed me a amulet

"What's it for?" I asked

"You will know when the time is right. Now you guys be safe." He said

"Thanks you too." Ri Said and we headed out
