The Next Morning 

I woke up to a sweet text message from Jacob which read : Wake up beautiful *love shaped eyes emoji* , I'm going to come and pick you up this morning.

I smiled and soon got ready . After 45 mins of getting ready, I finally made my self some breakfast and then I heard a knock at the door . I jumped up knowing that it was Jacob & it was .

"Jacob !"-You jumped on him 

"Ahaa I see that you missed me "-Jacob said kissing your cheek several times

"Yeah"-You said and jumped down 

"Well hurry up , we don't need to be late for school"-Jacob said 

"Whatever this is the last week anyways so does it really matter ?"-You asked

"It matters for me"-Jacob said 

"Ugh find whatever"-You quickly finished your toast then yall made your way to his car 

"You okay ?"-Jacob asked as he strapped on his seat belt

"I'm good I was just thinking"-You said 

"About what ?"-Jacob asked

"Can we skip the whole of this week ?"-You asked

"I'm not sure"-Jacob said pulling out of the drive way 

"Please"-You begged 

"Are you trying to have people at school worried as for why we've been skipping school ? Plus if the teacher call, I'm the one who's gonna get in truble because they have my mom's number but they don't have your mom's"-Jacob said 

"Your right but come on what's the point"-You said 

"I know what your saying but it's not good for me if they call my mom because she will whoop my ass"-Jacob said causing you to giggle

"Well fine "-You huffed 

"I'm sorry babe"-Jacob placed a hand on your thigh 

"It's whatever"-You said 

The rest of the car ride was silent until we reached school

"Man Chresanto's been shot !"-Ray and Prodigy ran up to Jacob 

"Tf, when did this happen ?"-Jacob asked 

"Last night"-Ray said 

"Is everything alright ?"-You asked but only to be ignored 

"Bruhh where is he now ?"-Jacob asked 

"We don't know . We waited for you to ask what to do "-Prod said 

"Oh man"-Jacob said running his fingers through his afro

"What should I do ?"-You asked

"Okay guys we need to go and find him . I think I know where he is "-Jacob said tapping his finger on his chin 

"Where would that be ?"-Ray asked . Jacob look at me then shifted his look to the boys

"Jordyn, I think that it's time that you leave"-Prodigy said
