Am I hurt or happy or just plain dumb?

Please slap me, I feel so numb.

I can't imagine anything nice,

Neither anything so filled with spice.

Like my mind was conquered by lies,

Or did I confuse those lies with truths I avoid but make me cry?

Yes I'm stupid, well I sound like it,

I chose to focus on you, and now I regret it.

No I take that back, you are worth it,

Like stealing diamonds in a vault,
