Doctor: "We're going to pull the plug on her life support machine"

I get up and slam my hand on his desk splitting a bit of the desk
Splinters from the desk make blood trail down my hands

Doctor: "C-calm down Y/N! If we pull the machine she will either wake up or...."

Y/N: "She'll....wake...up?"

Doctor: "or....fall asleep in.... death"

I slam my fist on the table again cracking it in half

Y/N: "DONT PULL THE FUCKING PLUG!"

Doctor: "THERE'S NOTHING WE CAN DO ANYMORE! If she continues being on the machine for 2 more weeks she will fall asleep.....forever....in death"

I burst out crying

Y/N: "Please...there must be something more you can do...."

The doctor shakes his head sadly

Doctor: "I'm sorry Y/N I wish there was some other way..."

I burst out in tears

Y/N: "Then please give me some time to think about it"

The doctor hands me some tissues
Doctor: "You have about 1 week to make your decision or else your wife will start being in a critical situation"

I nod

Y/N: "Thank you Doctor Seo"

We say our goodbyes as I wipe my eyes and run out of his room and into Chae's hospital room

Y/N: "Oh Chae I miss you so much, your little smile and your chubby little chipmunk cheeks"

I open my phone and look at the photo

I would do anything to see this smile again

I cuddle her into my arms and cry I see my tear roll off my face and onto her cheeks

I wipe the blood on my fists on my pants and stroke her face lovingly
