chapter- 18

Again I got up at 8 '0 clock . I rushed into bathroom n quickly dressed up . I took my handbag , files n phone n got down .

I noticed my mom n dad at dining room . I quickly kissed my dad n hugged my mom . I found my keys in mom's hand .

" mom please give my keys , I'm getting late " I pleaded .

" Everyday skipping breakfast is not good ,young lady " my mom said in a sternly .

" I won't repeat it , give my keys mom . " I asked pissed off .

She handed me the keys along with the food pack . I placed it into my handbag n headed out .

I drove fastly n reached on time . I took elevator n noticed Hailey at her cubicle . She greeted me with a warm smile .

I headed towards her for my uncle's schedule . He had a meeting at 10 then 12 . Another one at 3 which I wasn't needed .

I headed to my office to start a great day . I set an alarm at 9: 50 , n started working . I got ready for my meeting . I have learned how to interact with the clients , discuss regarding the work , investment , profit .

I carefully noted key points .

We dispersed after the meeting n I got back to my work . Feeling hungry I had the food which my mom had packed , it was cup cakes , I called Hailey for a coffee . She was best at boosting me with a strong coffee .I thanked her .

I again went to attend the meeting along with the uncle . It was pretty interesting . Finishing meeting I head back to the work till its lunch break .

Hailey took me to the canteen but I got a call from my uncle , n informed that he wants me at his office . I informed Hailey n headed back . I wonder why he was calling me at my lunch time .

I knocked the door n waited for the response . I opened the door n went in . I noticed aunt , at the sofa with a bag .

I wished her with a smile .
She dragged me into a warm hug . And made me sit beside her on the sofa .

" how r u baby ? I hope this old man was not troubling u " she enquired .

" I'm fine aunt . He was training me for the best aunty ." I ensured her .

" what ladies talking about me " my uncle butted in winking at us .

" no old man, we were just having some girls chat over the hot young man on the magazine . " my aunt answered chopping his flirting .

My uncle frowned . Its hard to control my laughing .

" by the way I'm not old , I'm matured " he defended .

" yeah , not old . U r still eighteen years old with fifty years experience ." My aunt fired at him .

Whoa......its lovely that couple arguing .
I wish to be one ...

Aunt took out the hot pack n plates . She filled my plate full of food . She strictly ordered me to finish it . Such a authoritative women .

We started digging in . The food was heavenly . I complemented her . I forcefully filled my poor tummy .

Uncle started laughing at my struggles .

Aunt left after our lunch , I headed back to work . Its difficult to work with tummy full . My eye lids are becoming heavy , I wanna take nap . But its work time I need to control .

I went to rest room n washed my face . I headed back to work .

I found uncle standing in front of me . It took some to register what's going on ...I was sleeping till now . God.....! This was embarrassing ..
