"Ladies and gentleman welcome back to the X Factor. It's so sad to think that this will be the last show of the season," Khloe cooed.

"I agree with you completely Khloe. It feels like just yesterday we were at the judges home but now we're down to our top three," Mario informed.

"Yep, that's right. Last week America sent home a talented young lady, Carly Rose Sonenclar. This leaves us with Dinah Jane Hansen, Tate Stevens, and Lauren Jauregui as our top three. Just yesterday each performed a show stopping performance," Khloe added.

"And tonight we will watch each contestant sing on this X Factor stage one last time before we reveal our winner. Now, with further adieu, America please welcome your top three."

On cue a video feed of Dinah, Lauren, and Tate came on screen. They were entering the building from the back as music played. Tate was the first to sing.

"There's nothing you can be that can't be done"

Following him in the song progression was Lauren and then Dinah. It switched between the 3 throughout the intro as eliminated contestants popped up and joined in. The top 3 were nervous. Who was gonna win the prize money and the record deal? The two teenagers were sworn enemies by this time and did not want the other to win, but neither had a problem with Tate. So when he was announced as the winner both girls were upset but they were happy the other didn't.

"Congratulations Tate, you deserve it," Dinah said walking up to him after the show ended.

"Yeah. Literally cant think of anyone better to have won," Lauren said side eyeing Dinah as she approached Tate as well.

Dinah rolled her eyes before she turned to Tate again and smiled, "Again really happy for you Tate."

"Thanks girlie. You mind if I give you two a word of advice?" He said putting a hand on their shoulders.

They looked at eachother questionably and back at Tate before they shrugged.

"You two need to stop whatever petty teenage feud you've got going on and focus on yourselves. Either one of you could have won this if you hadn't been so caught up on trying to make the other look worse than you," he told them.

Dinah looked at the pale faced Cuban she had grown a disliking for. Maybe they should try to get along.

"But she is worse than me," Lauren responded.

Dinah rolled her eyes again, on second thought the show did just end theres no need to get along with the green eyed she devil.

"While that is a lie I'm pretty sure we won't be crossing paths anytime soon now that the show is over Tate. Besides I wouldn't want to be friends with a bully," Dinah retorted.

Lauren scoffed, "I am not a bully."

"What else do you call someone who tries to intimidate others for their own benefit?"

Tate sighed and shook his head, "You ladies will learn eventually. But thanks for being apart of such a huge part of my life. I'll never forget either of you."

Both teens smiled, "Love you Tate," they both said as they hugged him.

"Hey Tate!" Someone yelled from across the stage.

"I'll see you two later. Remember what I said," he said as he rushed off.

The two two girls looked at eachother again before scoffing and walking away from eachother.

Dinah walked over to Normani and the rest of MelaNation.

"Dinah hun you did so good," Normani said hugging her X Factor bestie.

"Yeah you definitely should've won Dinah," Diamond said joining in.

"You definitely got them vocals DJ," Arin said giving her a high five.

"Thanks guys," she said with a smile, "It was an intense time but I wouldn't change it for the world. It's where I met you guys."

"Don't get sappy with me now Dinah," Normani said lightly punching her arm.

They all shared a laugh.

"What're you gonna do now Dinah?" Diamond asked.

"Well both Simon and L.A have offered to sign me so hopefully I'll be recording and releasing music very soon," she informed.

"What?! Really?! Dinah that's great! Why didn't you tell me before?!" Normani replied.

"I didn't find out til literally right after the show. It's crazy. Once Mario and Khloe said the winner Lauren and I were sweeped to the side and taken to different parts of the stage. L.A came and told me the offer," she answered.

"Damn so you and Laurwn gonna be working together?" Arin added.

"Lauren? What does she have to do with this?" Dinah said turning to the young man.

"I've heard people talking saying she got the exact same offer," he said innocently.

Dinah rolled her eyes, "Seriously. I'm not trying to see her again," she groaned.

"You know what DJ, don't worry about her. You needa focus on you. Screw her. All I know is you better have some bangers coming out instead of getting banged up cuz you got in a fight with lame old green eyes over there," Normani said pointing in Lauren's direction.

"You're right. You are absolutely right. I've just gotta work hard. Who knows maybe we'll never even run into eachother," she hoped.
