Chapter five
Clarys pov
I was sitting in my room, at Luke's house practicing drawing runes. Then Jace texted me. My heart started beating really fast. Bitting my lip, I read the text.
Jace: Hey, you busy?
Clary: Not really. Wanna hang out?
Jace: Yes, I need to talk to you.
Clary: About what?
Jace: It can wait until we see each other in person. Are you at Luke's?
Clary: Yes.
Jace: K. Be there in ten.
I dropped my phone on the desk. What was so important that Jace had to wait? Suddenly I remebered every slightly stupid thing I had done since meeting Jace. I secertly wondered if he was going to break up with me. No. He wouldn't not after everything we had been through together. He loves me. Doesn't he?

Sorry for the long wait between the updates. I'm not dead, just haven't had internet for the past almost two months. Also I wanted to do the break up scene in Jace's P.O.V. Thats why the chapter is so short and so that all the funny sarcastic comments that Jace doesn't say to Clary, you guys can read. I have to admit it's fun coming up with Jace's comments.
