Easter Eggs
Chapter 1
Look at the phone number Gwen gives you. The first three numbers stand for her initials. Her full name is Gwendolyn Maxine Stacy. G=7, M=13, and S=19. The rest stand for the year Gwen was created. 1965. Go ahead and look it up!
Chapter 2
When you get home after being bit by the spider, one of the things you say to Ben and May are "I don't feel so good." That same line is spoken by the MCU's Spiderman when he turns into dust from Avengers: Infinity War.
Chapter 3
1) When you're thinking of outfits to disguise yourself to find Uncle Ben's killer, you at one point of just wearing a paper bag over your head. That actually happened to Peter Parker in the comics when he was a part of the famous team The Fantastic Four.

2) The amount of robberies you stop to find Ben's killer is the same amount of issues of Spiderman are published before his killer first appears in the comics. He first appears in Amazing Fantasy #15 in August, 1962.
Chapter 4
The title is of course a lyric from the iconic theme song used in the 60's

The songs used in this chapter are actual songs made by Marvel.
Chapter 8
The song the The Mary Jane's play is This Is Halloween from Tim Burton's The Nightmare Before Christmas.
Chapter 12
1) The Lizard throwing Gwen off the bridge is clearly a reference to the Green Goblin throwing Gwen off the bridge in the comics.

2) The ending is a recreation of the ending of Sam Rami's first Spider-Man film along with the monologue from Peter. Of course some changes are made like Norman swearing revenge instead of Harry and Gwen being with you instead of Mary Jane.
