Seize the Yesterday

8 Year time skip (reminder, they were in there third year of high school, and if my calculations are correct, they are now adults in the real world.)

Vanessa's POV

New York. I have a new job, I knew that the day I ran away nobody would come for me. They didn't care. Everybody would resume their normal lives and carry on. Today's my first day at my new job. I'm a Choreographer at NYDC New York Dance Company. I hear Julie Meslany works there. This day is going to be fun.

Carly's POV

New York. I'm the Director at NYDC. I'm happily engaged to Beckett, and my world has been great since Vanessa left. Sure there was a little bit of grief at first but, we had to move on with our lives. I heard that we hired a new Choreographer. This day should be interesting.

Beckett's POV

New York. I'm a Business man for NYDC. Engaged to Carly Catto, and happy. I was crushed, when Vanessa left. I put that behind me, and let go of the past. We have a new employee. This day will be normal.

No one's POV

Vanessa walked into the studio getting stretched and ready to teach her class. She was supposed to teach them all styles. She tied her hair in a half updo, and started a little bit of choreo for the class. Just then she heard two pairs of shoes walking down the hall. She continued to dance until she heard a voice say,

Vanessa's POV

"Hi, I'm Carly Catto, Director of NYDC. You must be our new employee!" A strangely familar voice said,

"Carly?" I turned around saying,

"Do I know you?" She said cautiously,

"You probably don't remember me, I'm Vanessa Morita" I admitted,

"V?" She whispered,

I ran to her and hugged her tightly,

"It's been so long," She said her voice muffled,

I pulled away from her tears shining in both her, and my eyes.

"So how've you been?" I asked,

"Great! I just got engaged, and the company is running smoothly." She replied,

"Your engaged? Wow. I missed a lot haven't I? Who's the lucky guy?"

"Your looking at him." another strangely familiar voice said,

I looked up and saw the almighty Beckett Bradstreet looking at me.

"Hey"

"Hi" (insert awkward Lucas and Riley moments, RUCAS FOREVER! GMW fans will understand)

"Look I gotta go finish up the Choreo, you guys are welcome to stay." I say and flash a smile,

"Let's see what you've got up your sleeve after 8 years, Morita." Beckett challenged,

"Would be a pleasure to show, may I ask Bradstreet, can you still dance?" I inquired,

"I can change, and show you what I can still do," He said,

"Game on."
