Looking from the outside, seeing the overgrown weeds, the surrounding stone wall hiding what was once a majestic house. The last owners left it to decay on its own, leaving behind a place full of memories, both happy and sad. However, how come has nobody bought it and restored it? No one knows, no one even knows to whom it used to belong. Some blue-blooded family perhaps?
The peeling paint further emphasizes its deterioration, inviting all sorts of living creatures, most of these having more than two legs. Its many windows cracked and blurry with dust and dirt, the door used to be green and vivid, the entryway to a space that provokes feelings of loss and melancholy.
If one glimpses at this house, one sees the roof, how it used to be impressive and imposing. Nowadays it is simply falling apart, allowing rain to invade the mansion.
Some say it’s haunted, others say it’s simply abandoned, depending on what one believes.
