Scare Competition

The competition started, there were two teams, I was on Mildred and Maud's, Ethel was on the opposite team. We try to scare each other, the team that has the most points wins. I actually had fun that day. I scare the students out of their wits anyways, I got a reputation to keep. Pretty soon into the competition, I heard Mildred scream. 

"The red team wins!"

I ran to Mildred. Ethel and her friends were there.

"You cheated!"

"Mil, what's the matter?" Me and Maud asked.

"She cheated, she wore a mask!"

"What mask? Oh, you're such a bad loser."

"You better watch out Ethel," Maud said.

"Yeah Ethel Hallow, remember what happened last time?" I asked.

"Watch out? Is that a threat?"

"You better shut up or I'll....I'll," Mildred said.

"You'll what?"

"Or I'll turn you into a frog!"

"A frog? You...turn me?"

Ethel laughed along with the other girls.

"You don't even know the beginners spell's let alone one's like that. No, you're just like that ridiculous kitten of yours, a total misfit. Go on then, turn me into a frog, I dare you."

"Come on Mil, you can do it," Maud said.

"What are you waiting for smarty pants?" Ethel taunted.

"Munga Munga munga moose. Fingus, fingus, finga voo Mephastopholis Mrs. Magoo."

Nothing happened.

"What are you waiting for?"

"Double trouble I'm not through. Um, tum, ugly face a goblin's peer. "

"Pathetic."

I had enough.

"That's it! I'm kicking your butt!"

I wanted to come at her, my friends restrained me.

"You'll get into trouble!" Maud said.

"What's the matter? Daddy chose your step mum over you? It's why you're here!"

I froze out of embarrassment.

"How do you know!?"

"I eavesdropped on you at the meeting. I know your weakness now. You and Mildred are both embarrassments to Miss. Cackle's International Academy for Witches."

"You little b-"

Mildred covered my mouth. She stopped me from saying the b word.

"You're lucky Mildred blurred that out Ethel!"

I walked away in anger.
