( A/N Sorry for keeping everyone from the story ahead but I just wanted to mention that I will be using google translate for a lot of the French in the book so if I get anything wrong feel free to correct me)

I Smiled brightly as my world stopped spinning, allowing me to step out into the elegant French Castle that I fondly called my home. I gazed round at the familiar area drinking in all the detail with my eyes and reminding myself of how much I missed it here. I was quickly brought back to reality by my Best friend, who is Sadly three years older than me and would be leaving this year. "Oh mon Dieu, Verity, tu m'as manqué.(Omg Verity, I missed you)" I smiled widely at the older girl as she wrapped her slender arms around me and brought me into a warm embrace. " Tu m'as Manqué aussi fleur, (I missed you as well Fleur)" She grinned at me and held me at arms length and observing me before gasping, in a very heavy French accent might I say but who am I kidding, I'm probably worse," Oh, look how you've grown Mon amie. (My friend)" I smiled and answered her," It has been a long two months Fleur and a lot has changed." She smiled softly before, flicking her wand and causing both our trunks to float behind us before she linked my arms with hers and we glided down the hall, gracefully, like we have been taught. We began our journey past the dining hall and into the staircase leading up to the dorm rooms. After about five minutes we reached the landing and began to locate our dorm rooms. We reached my room first, and stopping outside the door I grinned at Fleur, which she returned, before she continued up the next flight of stairs and out of my sight.
I stepped forward, resting my hand against the door knob, taking a deep breath and then swinging the door open to reveal, 3 very familiar figures.  I took a quick step into the room, letting out a breath of relief, knowing that I knew and liked all of my room mates. They turned around at the sound of the door opening and smiled widely at the sight of me, as I had done to them. I walked over the free bed and set my trunk at the bottom before sitting down on the sheets gently and looking towards my three new roommates. Rose Bernard, Alice Caron and Camille Laurent, all of them were in most of my classes and we got along well. I smiled softly at them as the unpacked their trunks into their dressers," Hé les filles, comment était votre été?" (How was your summer?) They all looked over at me, happily as I began to follow their lead and also unpack before we head down for our dinner. " It was quite enjoyable, What about you?" Camille answered with a warm smile, as the other two girls nodded along," It was alright but I'm glad to be back."

~Time Skip 30 Mins~

Just as I was setting my last item of clothing into the dressers the clock in our room began to chime, alerting us to the fact that dinner was ready. I headed down to the dining room with Rose, Alice and Camille but we soon broke away from each other as we entered, each heading to our own friend group. I swiftly took my spot beside Fleur and grinned at her. She smiled back at me and we all waited for Madame Maxine to start her Annual speech, Every girl sat perfectly in there uniforms, waiting silently for the year to officially begin (Although in my opinion you could easily tell the first years apart from the rest of us). Madame Maxine stepped up to the Front of the hall and Smiled warmly at all of us," Bienven'e les filles, j'ai des nouvelles excitantes pour commencer l'annèe (Welcome back girls, I have some exciting news to start off the year)" This first sentence sent a spark through everyone causing us to break into hushed whispers, with me turning to Fleur and asking," Do you think they are finally getting rid of the Boggart in the library?" She chuckled and shook her head but before she could reply, Madame Maxine exclaimed," Girls! Please remember your manners." We instantly hushed and started towards her expectantly. " This year, the Tri-wizard Tournament is being hosted at Hogwarts and we have been invited to join them there this year. But before I say anymore only a few are able to go and You are only allowed to enter the tournament if you are of age." One by one, multiple girls' faces dropped as realisation took over the hall. " I will allow all of the seventh year girls to accompany me and as Fleur Delacour is Head girl she will be accompanied by her sister and a friend of her choice."

I looked down at the table with a small smirk as I saw Fleur look to me out of the corner of my eye. Changing my smirk to a charming smile, I moved my eyes from the table and back to Madame Maxine. "Fleur if you would come to my office to discuss who that friend would be, I would be very grateful. But as of right now, I hope everyone of you looks forward to the coming year and without anymore interruptions I shall let you enjoy your meal."

~Time skip to after the lunch brought to you by Hagrid's baking~

After the feast Fleur departed to Madame Maxine's office and left me to walk back to my dorm room myself. Not that I'm complaining or anything.

I reached the room eventually and swung open the door to see Rose devouring sweets on her bed, Camille finishing her packing and the sound of the shower running suggested that Alice was here aswell. I sent a small smile in the direction of the two girls before grabbing my silky blue pajamas out of my trunk. My grandmother bought me them because they apparently 'match my uniform' and will 'help me get a boyfriend'. Don't get me wrong I love my nan but I don't know what she thinks I do at this school, as if any of the Ken dolls here would see me in pajamas, let alone silky pajamas that consisted of booty shorts and a lacy top.

I shook my head as a giggle rolled off my tounge at the thought and so, ignoring the weird looks the girls were giving me, I climbed into bed and cacooned myself in my blanket. Drifting off before a comment could be made on the devil's sound that came from my mouth, I shuddered at the thought of... giggling.
