Jason let out a small growl. "Put that down." Junny did as he was told, backing up with his paws in the air. What did I do? Junny thought. Jason took the photo and shoved it in a drawer. Ansley stood up dusting herself off. I hope the old Jason isn't back. Ansley thought. Jason grabbed Junny's hand and dragged him out into the hallway. "What did I do?" Junny asked. "I don't like when people look at things of mine." Jason narrowed his eyes. "Look, I'm sorry-" "No, you're going to turn your back and lie just like Brook and Ansley." "Brook?-" "He doesn't matter. I know the only reason you talk to me is because I'm a nerd and you think I know where Logan is." "Jason, it's not like th-" "Yes, it is." "How do you know I was told to talk with you?" Junny slicked back his striped ears. Jason stiffened. "Trust me, Junny. I know a liar when I see one. I've been lied to over and over again." Junny felt bad. He tried telling Jason after he spoke with him that he'd actually wanted to be his friend, but Jason wouldn't like that.

Ansley got worried, they'd been out there for five minutes. She got up and opened the door. "Jason?" Ansley looked around. "Ju-" Jason had Junny pinned against a wall. "Jason, stop!" Ansley screamed. Jason backed away. "I wasn't going to hurt him." Jason claimed. Junny nodded. "He was just-" "No, Jason, you're a rude, stuck up Doberman with an attitude just because your stupid brother died. You'll never be friends with us. Not even Junny gives a crap about you." Ansley told Jason. "Ansley, stop it..." Junny said. "Get out, Ansley..." Jason mumbled. "Idiot..." Ansley turned around. "What did you say?" Jason's ears pricked. "Noth-" "What. Did. You. Say?" Jason walked closer to her. Ansley glared at him. Ansley panicked as she backed into the wall. "D-don't hurt me!" she screeched. Jason stopped. "You really thought I would hurt you?" he laughed.

Ansley smiled, "Of course not!" "Looks like we have a liar here." Jason patted her head, careful of her horns. Ansley gently shoved him, walking downstairs. Junny watched Jason. "I promise I won't be like Brook." he told Jason. Jason shrugged. "It's getting late, you should go home." Jason told Junny.

Junny sat down at his house. He kept on thinking about what Jason said, about being lied to over and over again. RING. He got the phone. "Get Ansley, Yvonne, Amanda, and Landon. Tell them to meet me near the train tracks." Jason told Junny before hanging up.

Jason, Lee, and Junny watched as the others came. "Now," Lee spoke up, "We're going to fight the Thing." "ARE YOU INSA-" "How else will we get Logan if the Thing's still out there?!" Lee yelled, "Jason and I have the weapons. We'll be fighting at midnight." "What about Chris, Dixie, Molly, and Daisy?" Amanda wondered. "They're out of town for a trip." Jason said. "Now, who are we doing this for?" Lee yelled again. "LOGAN!" They all screamed. "Bryson!- I mean, LOGAN!" Jason added.
