"Shawn, what are they planning" I begged for him to tell me

"You've asked me all day" he groaned

"But it's even more worrying now Zach posted about a couch being in my backyard!" I exclaimed

"We're on our way back now, would you calm down?" He asked

"Not until you tell me" I folding my arms

"don't look at me like that" he said quickly glancing at me and back at the road "we're literally 20 minutes away"

"Drive the jeep faster?" I suggested

"No! I don't want to get fined" he rolled his eyes "that would look great 'famous pop star Shawn Mendes caught speeding'" I laughed

"Better than why don't we burning my house down!"

"They're not burning your house down" he stopped at the traffic lights

"They could be" I put my feet up causing Shawn to push them down

"Off the deck"

"It's my jeep"

"I'm driving it" he pulled off

"But it's still mine"

"Do you want to drive?" He threatened

"Nope, you carry on"

"Exactly, so keep your feet of the deck" he rolled his eyes laughing

Soon enough we had reached the house but it looked like no one was home

"Why are all the lights off?" I asked Shawn who shrugged "Yes you do"

"No I don't" he walked up the steps "maybe they aren't home" he waited for me to unlock the door

"Hello" I shouted through the door, walking to the kitchen putting my keys in a pot Daniel and I got a while back

"Hey!" Shawn said back

"I was exactly asking you to reply" I turned back to him

"Hello Kenna" Jonah suddenly appeared in front of me wearing a suit

"Hi?" I smiled "why are you in a suit?" He just smirked "where's everyone else?"

"Hey" Corbyn said from the bottom of the stairs

"Did I miss something?" I asked

"Nah not really" jack said from the sofa

"Holy shit! You scared me, we're you there the whole time?" I asked him

"Yeah actually, I did wonder why you never put the lights on" he looked at me confused

"Last but not least me" Zach came from towards my bedroom

"Okay, one, how were you all so quiet?" They shrugged "and two, why are you all in suits?"

"You'll find out soon" Corbyn said coming towards Shawn and I

"Three, where is my boyfriend and son?"

"Come sit on the sofa and you'll see soon" jack said still not moving from his spot

We all sat down on the sofa in silence, which is very strange. The sliding door slid open hearing small footsteps

"Hey mom!" I turned to see Caden waving in a suit

"Oh my gosh! It's adorable" I started to tear up

"I'm here to escort" he look at the boys

"Right word" Jonah nodded

"I'm here to escort you to the back" he said with a huge smile

"What's out there?" I asked

"I know it's bad to lie" Caden clasped his hands together "so I'm not going to do that" he started to think "you're just gonna have to come with me and find out"

"You taught him well, I'll give you that" jack finally stood up

"Hand please" Caden held out his hand, I took hold of it

He started pulling me towards the door, Corbyn opened the door, I noticed they all had their phones out. I stepped out and started noticing the glowing lights, we turned around the corner

"What? Eh" I started crying once I saw daniel stood up in front of the sofa in a suit with light letters that spelt 'marry me?'

"Mommy" Caden giggled "don't cry"

"Hey beautiful" Daniel smiles holding my hands whilst Caden sat on the sofa "Hey, Hey, hey just breathe" he said calming me down

"I- just- what?" I said between breaths

"So as the lights say" he got down on one knee causing me to sob again "I'm not going to give you some cliche speech, I'll save that for the wedding" he winked reaching a small box from cadens hand "will you marry me?" He opened the box revealing a ring

"Yes" I nodded rapidly still with tears, he slowly placed the ring down my ring finger standing up and placing his lips onto mine

During the kiss I pulled back a bit smiling the placing my lips back on his

Daniel pulled away running around the garden screaming "I've got a fiancée!" With a big smile on her face

"Time to party!!" Anna came trough the back door with champagne

"No drinking for you" Danny smirked "I'll drink for you" I shook my head at his goofy ness
