i'm taking the steps.
i'm breathing.
i'm just existing.

i don't want to eat.
i can't ever sleep.

you're tearing me apart,
but you don't care.
you don't want to change it;
you're giving up on me.

i see it in your texts.
you're done.
i'm not enough for you.

i'm doing the motions of living with my eyes closed.

i'm a skeleton of myself moving through my old life.
