I wake up in my bed sleepy as i sit up reaching for my phone and i see it's 11am i rush outta bed realising i had to see no-face i grab my rolls of bandages and wrap myself up in them as i grab my cloak and scarf i sneak out my window making sure I'm not noticed i make my way to the 5th ward taking a few hours i walk into the place no-face said to meet since i wanted a pet i waited a few minutes before i saw him come in

No-face: Eto it so good to see u, u wanted a pet yes

Eto: i did

No-face: well then come follow me I'll show u them and u can pick one out

I giggled at that and followed him as he showed me them i looked side to side and none of them grabbing my attention as no-face asks me

No-face: is there anything in particular u seek?

Eto: male, obedient, odd hair or eye colour

I say as he grabs his chin to think

No-face: one in particular comes to mind I'll show u him

I followed him eagerly to see which one he was talking about and we stop suddenly and no-face points to a cell

No-face: here he is

I stand beside him looking into the cell and don't immediately see anyone

Eto: there's...

No face: he's hiding if u call out he'll come

Eto: wats his name?

No-face: Re

Eto: Re?, Re could u come out so i can see u

The boy stands to half his height startling me as i look at him taking his features in as he walks halfway to the gate and realise he's roughly as tall as ayato and kaneki and i notice he is rather skinny for a human here

Eto: y is he so skinny?

No-face: he doesn't eat much I've never seen him eat but i have heard munching noises from His cell before

Weird i wonder y he doesn't eat much i looked at his eyes and realised wats off about him his right is faded white like it's blind as i can barely see his pupil and his left is the same green as my eyes i noticed he tilted his head state at me as if he's curious about wat i am so i blink activating my kaukugan so he knows wat i am and instead of being scared he looks at me with fascination which makes me smile lightly as i look to no-face as my kaukugan reverts to its normal form

Eto: I'll take him

No-face: splendid

He says opening it as i walk in and Re backsteps which confuses me

Eto: wats wrong?

I ask and he doesn't speak

No-face: he only speaks when a ghoul gives permission to speak

Eto: re come I'm taking u to your knew home
