I wake to knocking at my door 

Haise: Jack?

Haise calls and i groan

Jack: what?

I call back getting up

Haise: Arima is here

Jack: down in a sec

I call back as i get changed into something casual i open my reinstalled door and go downstairs 

Arima: jack

Jack: Arima

I say studying his expression the atmosphere around us changing and the others notice

Arima: did you read it?

Jack: yeah and i’m not interested i have some of his memories i know whom you refer to and i won’t join

I say bluntly confused looks striking the quinx

Arima: Eto deceived you Jack

Jack: really now?

I say sarcastically

(Jack: seems like dear old dad isn’t happy)

Jack: no shit Sherlock it’s written all over his face

I retort to my other personality

Arima: Jack please Eto deceived you let them show you the real them

Jack: no end of discussion i’m not joining

I say bluntly picking up my new quinque i fashioned from the owl

Arima: where are you going?

Jack: out

I say walking out slamming the door behind me does he really think he can sway me like that?

(Jack: yes)

Jack: shut up

I tell my other personality as I walk through the streets of tokyo until i stumble upon a coffee shop I walk in and get greeted by a young woman with bluish purple hair 

???: welcome to Re sir please take a seat

The woman says and I nod taking a seat as i breath in through my nose picking up the scent of ghouls making me look around confused 

???: something wrong sir?

The woman asks as I turn to her the scent getting stronger

Jack: you’re a ghoul

I say outright and her eyes widen for a moment 

???: i don’t know what your talking about sir

Jack: don’t bother with that card i can smell you

I say and she pauses realising i myself am a ghoul

???: hmm i’m touka Kirishima

Jack: Jack Kishou but no need to be alarmed my father doesn’t know about you and i won’t say

I say and she nods 

Touka: so what can i get you?

Jack: well i never really drink coffee so surprise me

I say and she smiles

Touka: of course

Touka says walking behind the counter making the coffee and I sigh thinking to myself is Arima gonna try and force me into joining? And better yet Tooru has been acting noticeably different to how he usually acts around me avoiding eye contact avoids interaction with me if Arima picks up on that and Tooru spills the beans Arima will know i met with Eto

Touka: Jack?

Jack: hmm?

Touka: i gave you your coffee

She says and i look down noticing a coffee placed in front of me

Jack: sorry i was deep in thought

I say taking a sip flavour invading my mouth damn thats good

Jack: did eyepatch work at an establishment like this with you?

I ask and she pauses

Touka: yes why?

Jack: my other personality once tasted his coffee and the taste of this is almost identical to it

Touka: yes eyepatch worked with me at a place named anteiku

Jack: anteiku yes i remember my father mentioned it being targeted

Touka: yes sadly it was set on fire

Jack: unfortunate yes but atleast eyepatch is still alive

Touka: wait he is?

Jack: yes however he's not the eyepatch you knew he works for ccg going by Haise Sasaki he doesn't remember who he is and is trying to live as a different person 

Touka: damn them

She says scrunching her hands into fists 

Jack: however in late the kaneki u know is alive to an extent trapped in his mind fighting for his body 

Touka: is there anything I can do to help him?

Jack: not right now kaneki's mind is in a fragile state seeing his friend oruichi made him have a mental breakdown if he sees you it's fine but don't let him know about your friendship with kaneki

Touka: ok

Touka says walking away and i continue drinking my coffee once I finish I leave walking around town as i notice i’m being followed I chuckle falling back evening my pace with them 

Jack: so what is this meant to be? Your final efforts to get me to join?

I ask and they smile as one of them jabs a syringe in my neck and I just stand there with a smile as i start chuckling and then laughing

???: w-what? He should be out cold

Jack: now that was funny you think you could neutralize me that easily? Wrong!

I rip their heads off checking if they are ghoul hybrids and they aren’t i continue on through the night encountering a few more and they all die I eventually grow bored going home covered in blood as I walk in the quinx look in horror

Hey guys ocjack13 here im sorry to say this book won't be getting many more updates with no new Tokyo ghoul content I'm not excited to write this anymore i thank u all for reading this i honestly didnt believe this book would take of but it did which is why I'm not completely stopping it im gonna leave u all with a vote
