Near white skin and hair.
Nails are more like a paintbrush, they can allow for better precision in painting and they absorb water and paint.
Quirk: The user secretes paint (Any type, some easy to wash off, others not.) from their skin. They can make the primary colours as well as black and white, these can be mixed together and each colour corresponding to an element. The quirk makes the user near invincible to elemental attacks when the specific colour is on them. When the user gets it on their enemies it allows the user to change its form into the element and cause major damage. (Causes dehydration when used in large amounts, helps if user preserves the paint in large amounts. Having a spray paint weapon could be interesting.)
