Trust Issues (WARNING: CAN BE SAD)

Well, this is actually based on a true story, Yup, it's mine. So this all happened to me like, a week ago? Yeah, I think.....welp, just saying this has no happy ending to it, you have been warneddddd (I tried XD)

Oh yeah and I forgot to tell you, Mint is my oc, Cherry is a "friend" of mine, and then I'll tell you the rest in the story.

It was the first Monday of the school year, and Mint was nervous. She didn't go to school but she was just about to soon. School started at 8:00 am, and she was just now going to go at, like, 12:00 pm?

What was the problem? She doesn't like being the center of attention in her class. Like, ever. She doesn't like it when everyone stares at her when she walks in in the middle of the class, the teacher asking why she came at that time. It made her anxious, that's why she didn't want to go unless it was 1:30, when lunch started. She wanted to go at that time since everyone was at the cafeteria and no one would then have to stare at her since she went late. But that didn't happen. It was 1:00, just thirty minutes and then everything would be okay. Can we wait 30 minutes? Please?

"No honey, you have to go to school"

"But mom, you know I don't like it....."

"I know I know, the thing is you can't be later, would you like me to come with you?"

"........um.....okay....."

Once Mint and her mom Lime finished their mini conversation, they started to approach the classroom. Mint slowed down.

"Can I go to that bathroom?" 

Lime smirked.

".....what?"

"Come on"

'Dangit!'

They were getting closer to the classroom, as Mint's heartbeat started beating faster and she kept overthinking.

'What If everyone thinks that I'm dumb for going in late? They're all gonna stare at me, I know it. Oh no, we're getting closer, no, I can't go! What subject do we have? I can't do this! Oh no oh no oh no, I just want to disappear now, I can't go in there!'

But Mint's thoughts left her once she saw that it was the math teacher who was there, not her regular teacher that was much stricter.

'Oh......I still don't want to go in there.....'

Lime explained what happened while the teacher understood. Everyone else thought he was the worst teacher yet, and Mint agreed with them. Turns out, Mint was just actually trying to fit in with them, but she thought the teacher was pretty nice.

"Come in, Mint"

"Oh, uhh.....okay, bye mom"

"Bye Mint, have a nice day"

Lime smiled as Mint entered the classroom slowly but fast.....or was it slow, maybe fast? .......she didn't remember......but she did remember that her mom was going towards the stairs, where more classrooms were. Wait what's she doing? Isn't she supposed to exit? Whatever.......she just needed to sit down and try to understand what's going on in this classroom.

Mint noticed that Cherry wasn't looking at her, she normally did.....hmm, what's wrong with her? Oh wait, she doesn't feel like talking to Cherry, does she not remember? 

On Friday.....or was it Thursday? Well, one of those days Mint was happily skipping over to Cherry and her other "friends". Instead of going towards everyone else, she went to Cherry and her friends, who were also Mint's "friends", too. Like always, right? Well, Mint's smile turned into a frown once she listened to Cherry who was talking to her.
