it was currently midnight meaning it was now saturday. i just got back home after a long day at work and a dinner with my coworker. it was more than dinner, it was a date. he's nice and funny, but my mind can't help but wander to him

speak of the devil

from joel: where were you tonight?

to joel: hello to you too

from joel: the picture you posted, where were you?

to joel: oye that's none of your business

from joel: fine :(

i roll my eyes trying to fight the feeling of giving in. despite my attempt i felt the feeling of caving in getting stronger, so i put my phone down on the table and changed into my pajamas.

after getting myself ready for bed i came back to my phone.

from joel: okay not fine

from joel: can you just tell me if you were with a friend or not?

to joel: why do you even care?

from joel: i have my reasons

to joel: because i want to sleep in peace, i'll tell you

from joel: :) :) pues dime

to joel: i was on a date

from joel: oh. with who?

to joel: you asked where i was not for details. goodnight xx

from joel: i'm going to act like i'm not upset about this and let you sleep

to joel: that's a first

from joel: i want to see you soon. i need to see you soon. goodnight hermosa xx

a/n: double update because i have time. i know i'm leaving things mysterious for now, but i promise i'll delve into their relationship more in future chapters. let me know what you're thinking so far! thanks x
