You sat on the couch the next morning, carefully watching everyone sleep. You didn't sleep at all that night. The images of your brother and friends nearly dying kept running through your head, preventing you from the privilege that was sleep.

You could've prevented it. Not killed Noah. Given Bangtan what they wanted. Not been so utterly rude. They wouldn't be hurt if it weren't for you, and if you had never come along, they would be just fine.

Not too long ago, you were living a somewhat normal life with your adoption parents, then you met your brother. By no means was it Seungcheol's fault that your life turned upside down, he was giving you a good life with him after you had lost everything at that point. Yet, all of the insane events that happened to you, back to back, were all running through your head at once.

Your head started pounding, so you went to the kitchen and took some ibuprofen. You sat at the table and put your head down, counting in your head so other thoughts wouldn't cloud your head.

"Seungbi." Joshua's voice sounded.

You looked at him and started to get up to help him, but he shook his head. You sat back down and pulled the chair out for him.

"You shouldn't be walking, your leg is pretty messed up." You said, trying to keep eye contact.

"I'm fine, but you, you don't seem fine."

You looked at the ceiling, so you wouldn't have to see Joshua's wounds. "I can't get the image of you guys nearly dying out of my head. I feel like it could've been prevented. I could've given Bangtan what they asked for this whole time. I could've been nicer to them. I could've not killed Noah. That's all I've been thinking about. I- could've stayed away and you guys would probably be perfectly fine."

"Don't talk like that, Seungbi. Everything that has happened since you got here happened for a reason, and we wouldn't have it any other way-"

"I thought Seungcheol was dead."

"But he's not."

"I thought you guys would die."

"But we didn't." He said, pulling you into his chest as you tried not to cry. "But we're alive, and we'll be just fine. Injuries heal." He pulled back and looked at you. "You are a blessing to us, regardless of what you have to say about it."

He ran his thumb across your cheek, wiping away the involuntary tears that were there. "I'm sorry." You whimpered.

"You have nothing to be sorry about, Seungbi."
