16.- day one in Texas.

   I woke up at 10:40 cuddled up to Zach's bare belly.
  Eggs and sausage filled the air and you could hear Apryl humming in the kitchen.
I sat up a drug my finger across Zach's lip.
Zach opened his eyes and smiled at me.
  I bent down and kissed him softly.
"Good morning." I said as Zach tried to wake himself up.
"Morning." He smiled at me.
  I hoped out of bed and threw my hair into a messy bun.
  I walked into Zach's bathroom and went through everything I had packed until I finally decided to wear this.:

  I took my hair out of my bun, and straightened every strand of it until it finally reached my expectations.
I didnt do my makeup because I wanted a natural look.
  I walked back into Zachs room and stood in the doorway.
"Damn Ma, you look fine as hell." Zach said as he grabbed my hand and spun me around.
  I kissed him softly once more before deciding to go have breakfast with Zach and Apryl.
  Zach led me through the hallway and into the kitchen.
"Goodmorning honey." Apryl said as she kissed Zach on the cheek.
"And morning to you" she said again as she pulled me into a tight hug.
  We all took a seat at the perfectly round table that had tons of breakfast food in the center of it.
"Dig in." Apryl said as she took a seat next to Zach.
I ate my sausage as quite as I could with the fear of being judged. Damn it social anxiety...
  "Taylor wants to see you today. I told her it was okay if she came over for a little bit later." Apryl looked at Zach & Zach shot her a look that silently said 'shutup mom.'
" oh she must not have heard about Taylor.." Apryl commented.
  The room was silent at this point. The only sound was our forks clanking against our plates.
"Taylor and I have been friends for a while. She's a nice girl." Zach said as he eyed me.
"Can't wait to meet her.." I smiled at him & then he smiled back.

2 Pm:

There was a sudden knock on the door and you could hear Apryl open it and great the girl who stood infront of her.
  Can't say I wasn't jealous with the way she got greeted.
"Oh honey you look so beautiful, I can't believe you're actually here!''
  Taylor entered the room that Zach and I had layed in. Zach jumped up immediately and ran to her to give her a hug.
That's when my jealousy really kicked in, I've never had to compete with somebody and I don't want to either.
  "Oh, that must be the girl you were telling me about! Hi, I'm Taylor." She said as she came over to give me a hug.
"I'm Chloe." I replied as I hugged her back.
"I'm sure you guys have a lot of catvhing up to do though, so Ill give you your space. It was really nice meeting you though." I replied as I smiled at her before exiting the room.
Zach watched as I walked away.
I made my way into the living room and sat on the couch next to Apryl.
  "You have nothing to worry about, honey." She said as she scooted closer to me.
I smiled as I intertwined my fingers.
  "Can you like read minds?" I laughed.
  She laughed too.
"No, but trust me. Ive been there to & its not fun. I can sense the jealousy." She said as she hugged me.
She changed the channel and we watched alot of dr phil before either one of them came out of that room. And I admit, that was getting to me.
   "Taylor leave?" I asked as he came to sit by me.
Apryl got up and left the living room completely.
"Yeah." He replied.
Zach hasn't said anything for the next 30 seconds.
"She said she liked me." Zach said as he held his head in his hands.
My heart dropped. My mind was going crazy, but I had to keep my calm because I had faith that he didn't like her.
"Well do you like her?" I asked.
Zach picked up his head.
"No Chloe, I'm in love with you. 100%"
