I got out the shower and put on some lotion. I decided on a red Nike sweatsuit with some white air force. I kept the jacket unzipped so you could see my white cami.I threw my hair in a bun and added some lipgloss and gold hoop earrings

My dad and I were going because he wanted to talk after. I had no problem with it. Especially since I didn't have "girlfriends " to go with.

"ready"he asked and I nodded.

"Yeah your body better be covered up"Arnez said as he peaked outside the hotel room door.

"Shut up"I said sticking my tongue out before the elevator doors closed.

"So do you have a wife"I asked and he almost broke his neck looking at me

"What I'm just curious?"I said with a smile

"Yes I do have a wife Charolette. She wanted to come meet you but I had a feeling you would be over whelmed with your cousins over there"he said

"It's just family and how long you guys been together?"I asked as we got in the car.

"Can I drive"I asked and he looked amused

"I don't know can you"he asked

"Please"

"Don't  wreck my car Amoura"he said and I nodded as we switched seats.

I sped off heading to the school. I seen a lot of cars in the parking lot and happened to find one close to entrance and parked there.

We got out and I put the alarm on and we walked in. We purchased tickets and sat at the bottom level as people eyed us. Probably trying to figure out who I was with and why I was here since I never came to a game.

"You don't have any friends to sit with" he asked and with a smirk

"That's not funny"I said and he laughed

"I'm sorry princess"he said. I felt someone staring at me and saw it was some girl upstairs. I stared back wondering what her problem was until I felt someone else approaching me.

"I'm surprised you came"Carlin said and I smiled

"You asked me too"

"So if I asked you on a date again would you?"

"Not tonight I have to-

"Go ahead Amoura have fun"he said coming back with some nachos.

Carlin gave me a raised eyebrow

"Fine"I said and he smiled.

"Jackson"the coach yelled and we looked at they were all looking at us.

"Well I guess I see you after"he said and I nodded and he gave me a hug which some people "aw'd" before he jogged to the court.

It was halftime and the guys were up by 10. Carlin scoring most of the points.

"I'm goi-

"Yeah yeah"my dad said brushing me off as he watched the game intently. I rolled my eyes and walked off heading to the bathroom.

After handling my business walked out the stall and washed my hands. 2 girls walked in and locked the door then stared me down again. I recognized one to be the one that was staring at me earlier.

"Can I help you"I asked

"You talk to Carlin"one girl asked

"I don't think it's you business but no and if you think your gonna lock me in a bathroom and "beat" me up and that would make me scared and stay away you thought wrong so you have 5 seconds before I either scream or punch one of you and take a chance and probably beat both y'all asses"I said
