It has been too long, since I was in school. I remember the ring of the bell, as the hoard of students came running down the hall.
The way you held my hand throughout everything.
You would smile that way, where your eyes became narrow openings, and it could make my heart beat faster. I still remember, how you would help me hold my books, like I was some kind of queen.

You believed in soulmates.
