Kitty Crush: Adrien x Neko! Reader Part 3

A/n: I needed to make a part 3 soo bad. I mean you and Adrien just went on a 'date'. There is no way Chloe will let you live it down. Plus you haven't even met Chat yet. Yeah I know this is an Adrien x reader, but chat has to make an appearance. Neko x Neko. Enjoy

Y/n POV

I skipped to school. Yesterday just made me sooo happy. I can't believe they didn't hate me. I was putting my stuff away into my locker when I was pushed down on to the ground. My head hit the cement hard. I groaned and rubbed my head as I sat up. I was met with Chloe glaring at me.

"YOU, YOU FREAK!" She yelled at me. "How dare you go on a date with my Adrikins?!" I had absolutely no idea what she was talking about.

"What?"

"Don't you play dumb with me? Even though you probably are super stupid. Explain this!" She shoved her phone into my face. On it was a picture of Adrien feeding me ice cream. Oooh. That jealous idiot. 

"He invited me to go out with him and his friends. You can't see them because they were cropped out of the photo," I answered shyly. Chloe kicked me.

"Liar! My Adrikins would never bother himself with a freak like you. Stay away from him. You have your redhead freak 'friend'. If I see you near my Adrikins again, you will pay," she threatened. I nodded scared, and she strutted away. I sat there for a while rubbing my head, because it hurt really bad.

"Are you okay?" I heard someone ask. I froze. I looked up and it was Adrien. I stood up and scurried away, still clutching my head. When it took my head of my head, I saw a crimson liqiud on it. Oh well. I'll deal with it later. I was still early, but Nathaniel was already in class. I sat beside him, and slammed my head on the desk. He pet me. It calmed me down a bit. I appreciate that he didn't ask what was going on. That's one of my favourite things about him. He never oversteps boundaries. I smiled softley at him and he returned it.

Adrien POV

What just happened? I'll admit that the fact my crush just ran away from me is a little heartbreaking. What did I do wrong? She looked hurt and I  just wanted to help? Was it because of last night? I thought she enjoyed herself. I walked into the class and what I saw just magnified the pain in my heart. Nathaniel was petting y/n and she was smiling at him. Ugh. I just hate him so much. It's totally not because I'm m jealous though. With a sigh I sat down at my seat, and watched people flow into the class. I took a few sneaky glances at y/n and Nath. No change. Whatever. I want to be the one petting her.

Time Skip

Finally school was over. I feel y/n was avoiding me all day. Wait, never mind. She's shy and doesn't really go out of her way to talk to others. She and Nathaniel were chatting in front of the school. I came up to them.

"Hey guys!" I called out to them. Y/n looked down. She mumbled to Nathaniel to come with her, and dragged him away. I just stood there dazed. I thought I was actually going to cry. She just walked away. With Nathaniel. I felt my fist clench. I shouldn't be mad at him, but it's impossible  one mad at my Kitten. Chloe picked the right moment to ambush me and she pounced. She kissed me on the cheek before I could even realize what was happening.

"Hey Adrikins. The freak didn't bother you today, right?" She asked as she twirled a strand of her hair around her finger. I sighed.

"No, she avoided me all day." I gasped internally at what I said. Chloe must think I agree with her being a freak. No no no no. I should have defended her. Ugh. I think we had a better relationship when it was just me stalking her. No. I mean observing her from afar. I sighed and pushed Chloe off. When I got into the limo, I was struck by an amazing idea. I think Cat Noir could do some investigating. It's not like she would ignore a superhero. My frown turned upside down.

Time Skip

I landed on her balcony. As Cat Noir, of course. I saw her lying on her bed, scrolling through whatever, on her tablet. I knocked. She looked over, and was genuinely shocked. She came over to the window and opened it. She looked at me with wonder in her eyes. It was so cute, that I almost forgot what I was here for, and I just wanted to stare at her forever. That would be creepy though.

"C-cat Noir. W-what are you doing here? Is there an Akuma?" I shook my head no. I don't want to speak, because I wanted to hear her lovely voice process on my head. I guess she was still shy, so I didn't press with the flirting.

"I was sent by my friend Adrien. He said something about you avoiding him, and he wanted to know if he did something wrong. It kind of hurt his feelings." I heard quite sobs. It was y/n. I hugged her close as she cried into my chest. It kind of reminded me of the first time she talked to me. I stroked her soft hair. Wait, what am I doing? I shouldn't be enjoying this. She's crying.

"I'm... so...sorry," she said between sobs. I quietly shushed her. "I didn't want to hurt anyone's feelings."

"It's okay. He isn't mad. Stop crying. Tell me why you ignored him."

"C-Chloe told me to stay away or I'll pay. She already pushed my down and this happened." She spun around in my arms, and pointed to the back of her head. I gasped. Some of her gorgeous h/c hair was stained with blood. I growled of the thought of Chloe hurting my kitten. That's why she was so happy that y/n avoided me.

"You sit. I'll get some first aid, and help clean that up." She hesitated at first but I forced her onto the bed. As soon as I got into her bathroom and the door was closed I slumped against it. I sighed dreamily. She's just so lovely. I remembered I was still helping her and took the first aid kit. When I came out the bathroom, y/n was still sitting on her bed playing with her tail. I walked up to her and her ears twitched, meaning she could hear me. Curse her cat-like hearing. I'll never be able to sneak up on her. I kissed her forehead. "Good kitty," I told her. I moved behind her so she couldn't see my blushing face. What the heck. I just kissed her. It was just the forehead, but still. I can't believe this.
