I jumped to the side, narrowly missing a huge vine that was about to crush me. "A little help, Scar!" I yelled to my partner who was sitting on the roof of a nearby building, and applying her third layer of lipstick.
"You got this!" She hollered unhelpfully. "And it's Scarlet Lady, you mangy cat!"
I sighed as I dodged another vine. Looks like I'm on my own. Again.
Time skip
I had finally managed to defeat the villain, though not before I earned multiple bruises and cuts, and had battled to the point that I felt I was going to pass out of exhaustion. "Scar!" I called, completely ignoring her earlier objection.
She looked over, and rolled her eyes. "Finally. It looked you long enough." She purified the akuma and fixed all the damage the akuma and I caused. The press instanley came to praise her. They started interviewing her, and though I didn't hear the questions, I heard Scar say, "Well obviously, my sidekick is so destructive, I have to save the day." I felt anger bubbling in my stomach. Sidekick. That's all I was, even though I do all the work. Whatever. I have better things to do than sulk over the attention Scarlet gets. I started running home, so I could tend to my wounds.
Time Skip
Adrien POV
I arrived to class hearing the usual babbles of praise for Scarlet Lady. I disgusts me. All she does is take credit for Cat Noir's hard work. Cat Noir is the real hero, but no one ever talks about her. "Adrikins!" I heard Chloe yell, which scared me out of my thoughts, "Don't you think Scarlet Lady is like, totally Amazing?!" Of course Chloe is also a huge Scarlet Lady Fan.
"No," I practically growled. Chloe seemed shocked. I looked down at the food and coffee in my hands, then I looked at y/n. We never spoke much, but I was getting worried about her. She'd often show up to school tired and sometimes I notice bruises. Right now she was mumbling something to herself, while her head was rested on her desk. Their were heavy bags under her eyes and she looked exhausted. I smiled and walked over to her.
"Are you okay y/n? You've been working really hard lately. I can tell." I gently placed the coffee on her desk. "I also brought croissants." She perked right up and pulled me into a hug.
"Than you Adrien. I really needed this," she murmured into my shoulder. I smiled gently sat her as she broke the hug and started to nibble on the croissant.
"Do you mind if I sit here? I dont think Nino is coming today."
"Sure."
Time skip
Hanging out with y/n for the day was pretty fun. She's really cool. And cute. Not as cute as Cat Noir though. I really hope she stops overworking herself doing whatever she does that makes her so tired.
As I was exiting the school, I heard an crashes and explosions nearby. Oh no. Another akuma. I hope Chat will be okay.
"I really wish I could help Chat. She so much more awesome than everyone thinks," I thought aloud.
"Is that so," I heard from beside me. I whipped my head around, and there stood an old man with a small box in his hands. He handed me the box.
"What is this?" I asked.
"Your chance to help Chat." He then vanished. I quickly ran into an alley, and examined the box. I had strange markings. I went against my better judgement and opened the box. A yellow light flew around me. Suddenly it formed into a giANT BEE! I screamed.
"Calm down please, your highness. I can explain," the creature began. It kept its distance so I tried to control my breathing. "I am a kwami, my name is Pollen. I can turn you into a bee-themed superhero to fight alongside Lady Scarlet and Cat Noir." Is this what the old man meant? I actually get to fight with Chat?
"What do I have to do?"
"You take the hair comb, and say Pollen, Buzz on! Also, you have the super power, Venom. If you sting someone they will freeze, but you have five minutes until they transform back to Adrien. Also, also, you have to keep your identity secret." I nodded. This was going to be great! I put the hair comb in my hair.
"Pollen! Buzz on!"

When I finished transforming, I looked down at my suit. I look so cool! Another crash shook me out of my thoughts. I had to help Chat! I used my spinning top to get to Scarlet, who was sitting on a roof live streaming the fight.
"Hello Paris! I'm live right from the akuma and-" I cut her off.
"What is going on here?" She turned to me and her eyes widened. She quickly shut off her camera.
"Hey cutie pie." She traced her fingers on my chest. "I didn't know were were getting another miraculous holder to help us. How about we chill here, and wait for that mangy alley cat to stop destroying everything. Then we can take care of the akuma, and get you introduced to the media." I felt my blood boiling, and I slapped her hand away.
"No thanks. I actually plan to do some work. By the way she is NOT a mangy alley cat." I found Chat and dropped beside her. She was currently hiding behind some buildings, while the villain was blowing stuff up. She already had a few bruises. I felt my cheeks heat up from being so close to my crush. "Hi." She turned around, shocked.
"Who are you?"
"I'm the new superhero, and I'm here to help you. I've got a plan to defeat the villain." She leaned closer to me, and I whispered the plan in her ear. She looked at me and nodded, before running off.
Time skip
The plan worked like a charm. Chat was able to effectively distract the villain, and since they weren't expecting anyone else, I was able to use my venom on the villain, so Chat could use her cataclysm on the object with the akuma. Lady Scarlet cleaned up as usual. Chat and I took the akuma victim home, so we had some time alone. I was so nervous.
"So um Chat? I was really glad I was able to help you today. You were always my favourite superhero and I thought it was totally unfair how Scar was treating you." She smiled at me.
"Aww. Thank you. That means so much to me, and I'm glad you were here to help me. I guess we'll be seeing a lot of each other then." She gave me a quick peck on my cheek. "Bye Bugaboo," she whispered in my ear, before running home. I blushed and felt my cheek.
"Wow," I breathed.
