Excerpt :
"Was this on even when you were with me?"
The damage to my heart was done. I looked up at him. "How can you think so low of me!"
"I see now, I heard that day— things that my Anika would never say. Now, I am confused. For how long have I been blind and deaf! I mean look at you, this isn't the Anika I know, or at least I thought I knew." He spat.
"Not a word more Shivaay. I might forget that what you were..." Tears made way to my eyes. He was still my husband. I still loved him. No matter what I would always. Why does he make me want to hate him?
"A no one!" He replied. "What, what did I not give you ? For what is it that, that you had to turn away from me?"
I simply gave one last long look, and made my way to the door. Things shouldn't be going this way.
He shut the door and stood in front of me before I could leave. "I need my answers!" He demanded.
