Taetae was sitting on the doorstep waiting for his soon to be husband to come so he could hug him ever so tightly.
He's been sitting there for almost 3 hours. He didn't even eat anything, just sitting there and staring at the door attentively
The doorbell rang and he jumped to open it but was met with his father's face.
"You knew I went to the shop to get groceries and come on tae, kook is not gonna come until eve" his father sighed as he saw taetae sitting melancholy because he wasn't the person that he expected.
"But still, what if he comes and I'm not there to greet him?"
"That's ridiculous. You know you'll be the first one to meet him"
"Whatever you say, I am not moving from here until he comes" he said as his father sighed seeing his own defeat
A few more hours passed as taetae played with his fingers, waiting for koo.
It's 5 pm now and he's getting more impatient as to when will koo come but his mother approaches him
"Hey, hun. I have an idea to surprise koo" she said as taetae's ears perked up
"I'm all ears"
"So..you dyed your hair in blonde and what if koo sees you instantly, your dyeing is all in vain. Go and hide in your bedroom, when he'll come and ask for you I'll tell him that you are in your bedroom and then he'll come upstairs for you and that's where you surprise him"
"But I also wanna be the one to see him first" taetae whined
"But that surprise is better than this one"
"Fine" taetae sighed as he got up to go to his bedroom
"Ahh, wait! I also have a surprise for you. If you wanna impress koo, then wear the surprise. I am sure koo will be surprised"
"Okay" he said and left
"Ahh~ I am such an evil mother" she sighed and smiled wickedly
