Lucas had gone the next morning, wasnt a surprise as he'd told them beforehand. Shadow was looking at his pokedex, younoticed squidy was having a pokemon battle with scree.

Shadow: hey, if you need more pokemon then theres a place we can go grab rocks types

You: thanks but ill think ill do fine, i have two water types

Shadow: what will happen if you loose frokie and spheal?

You: didnt think about that...

Shadow: figured, you should catch a rock type, just to be sure

You sighed and nodded, shadow was right. Squidy and scree came back in

Squidy: Hey guys, you wouldnt believe what i just found out

Shaodw: and im scared to find out

You:  whats up squidy?

Squidy: the sky, anyway theres a festival in a town not far from here, we can get there soon right?

Shadow put his pokedex away

Shadow: yep, its about a ten minute walk from here, we can head out if you want

Squidy: i wonder if any trainers will battle us

Shadow: ill be fine without to be honest, dark is only lv.7

You: might as well go to this festival, i can see what pokemon are around and maybe do some training

You all left, heading to this town for the festival, when you got there the festival was obviously popular. Squidy ran over to someone tall guy

Squidy: SKY!

You and shadow followed after her, ske got tackled by a scree and squidy. He got up

Squidy: oh right, sky this is shadow, guys this is my older brother sky, hes part of the elite four

Sky: good to see screes evolved, heard about the battle

Squidy: yeah...wairt how?!

Sky: Agent-Z told me about it after facing the elite four

???: Hey guys!!

Lucas ran over, dragging a octoling along with him

lucas: you shouldve told me you where coming to, oh this is ness

Ness: lucas who are these guys

Lucas: thats squidy, thats shadow

You introduced yourself to ness ans sky

Sky: i bet im facing you soon

You: yep

Squidy: sounds fun, OH, ive had a idea

Shadow: when you say idea, that tends to mean 'lets defeat something with scree'

Sky laughed at this comment

Squidy: hear me out, what if we did a double battle

Sky: squidy im part of the elite four, they dont stnd a chance

Shadow: figured

You: why dont we do one pokemon each, if it faints you cant use another

Sky: sounds fair i guess

Squidy: we'll do it later then, the pokemon center has a battle area, right now i wanna explore

Sky: guessed

You all looked around, shadow and lucas bought some thing for their pokemon before managing to by a icecream that was selling out fast for everyones pokemon, Scree looked back, a familiar scolopiede was walking around

Scree: SCREEEE!

Scree bolted it to the scolopiede, it was ree and agent-z. Ree looked at scree, they both started talking. You all caught up, seperior was at agent-z's feet, fully healed.

Agent-Z: this will happen a lot wont it

She was with two people

Agent-z: i guess your facing the gym here soon, then you gotta meet the gym leader

Agent-z called two people over

Agent-Z: this is callie, shes this cities gym leader

Callie: Sup, i guess your gonna be my oppoment real soon

Callie had a charizard nest to her, another person was there, she had a grovile next to her

Callie: marie, your gonna fight this person soon arent you?

Marie: yep, im the grass gym leader, ill be seeing you again in the next city

You: sounds fun, i cant wait

Marie only nodded. Agent-z had dissapeared.
