The ability to use the powers of a witch.
Example: The user can create spells and use them on others or themselves. Like healing spells, barrier spells, harming spells, etc. The user however cannot use this power to increase their stamina. The user can create a wand for their abilities to become stronger. Creating spells is a difficult process, they have to figure out the words that are related to the spell, and put energy into creating a spell. They can also create things with the right spell.
Drawbacks: Includes migraines, fatigue, loss of spells, and passing out
