The ability to manipulate tattoos.
Example: The user is born with different tattoos and they are able to control them. The tattoos come off the skin and they are able to control them at will. The more they get as they get older the more tattoos they can control. If they draw on the skin they can also control those also but they will be weaker and only last until they fade.
Drawbacks: Include irritated skin, dry skin, fatigue, and passing out.
