There is no purpose to this life,
This does not mean it's pointless
There is no destination for us,
This means we have to make one
Make our own purpose; Find our own worth here
So I lay here staring at the stars each having a different story
We dream of life above, the future, dwell on the unchangeable past all to avoid a bad present for by the time we stop worrying enough so we are able to focus on the present, it becomes the past right before our eyes and we're stuck in the past again
I don't know what your final destination is, married with kids, married to your job, saving lives or working in a bar but i know what your final destination should be... wether you think its one of those scenarios above or your still stuck in a rut at college studying a degree because you want a job but you don't know what
Your final destination is to be happy
For dying is not an escape to heaven filled with eternal happiness
It is a reward for having a fulfilling life
This doesn't mean you have to save 100 lives although that is still a valid achievement
It just means you found your purpose in life; to be happy
