Misty and the ninja were riding there power dragons over the sea.
Kai laughed and flew his dragon ahead of Lloyds.
Lloyd laughed and said "getting ahead of yourself Kai? I'm leading this charge." Lloyd said
Lloyd urged his dragon forward and splashed water on Kai.
Jay laughed and said "That's one way to cool off a hot head!"
"Hey, no one messes up my hair!" Kai then admit to splash Lloyd but the water hit Misty and Zane instead.
Zane started to cough.
"You okay there, Zane?" Cole asked
"Affirmative." Zane answered "It'll take more than a little water to take me out."
"Yeah, I'm fine to thank's for asking!" Misty said
"Oh, What about a big fish?" Jay yelped "In coming!"
"Oh, no!" Zane said and the fish barely missed eating Zane's dragon.
"There he blows!" Cole said
"talk later fly now!" Misty advised
"Pixal says this is the one!" Zane informed
"And now that he's taken the bait, let's reel him in and get him into the Aquarium." Lloyd said
"Let me guess Kai you've caught one that big once?" Jay teased
"heck no! he was twice the size. Kai answered
The fish lunged into the air and nearly got Kai.
"He's almost as hungry as you, Cole." Jay said
"And twice as ugly as you Jay." Cole said
Everyone laughed and Lloyd said
"It's time for the catch of the day, in line formation!"
"It's right behind us!" Cole said
The fish leapt into the air.
"Now!" Lloyd said and they stirred there dragons away and the fish landed on a boat.
The ninja cheered.
"Now that's what I call hook, line and stinker!" Jay said
When they got back to the dock, they saw a man and his son getting a fishing pole.
"Looks like we made this place safe to fish again." Kai said to Lloyd
Misty was with the other guys watching the fish get put into a huge tank.
"If your father was still here he'd tell you he's proud of you, you've become a great leader, Lloyd." Kai added
"No, we're a great team, I can't say I don't miss him." Lloyd said They had to get a crane to lift the fish into the tank.
"It's working!" Cole said
But when the man dropped the fish inside the tank, a wave of water splashed out, Misty barely dodge getting splashed.
The rest of the guys weren't as lucky.
"With my dad gone sometimes I question where I'm going. sometimes I worry about who I might become," Lloyd confessed
"I know how you feel, after I lost my dad, I lost my way but I was lucky to have my sister watch over me. Don't worry, big shot I'll watch over you from now on." Kai said and he rustled Lloyds hair.
"Hey, hey, no one messes up my hair." Lloyd said with a laugh.
"Besides, you have Misty that watches out for you... just as you watch after her." Kai said with a knowing smile.
"Actually things are a little complicated between me and her at the moment." Lloyd sighed "we haven't talked a lot since my dad left, and after she told me a little about her parents."
" I see, but you should relax, Misty is a pretty cool girl, she'll come around." Kai said
"Hey, you two gonna get in the picture?" Jay asked.
"No ones going to believe this, getting a picture this is awesome!" Jay said
Zane told the photographer to move back but he ended up falling off the pier.
"Oh, great who's going to believe us now!?" Jay whined
The fish raised it's tail and splashed the ninja this time Misty was not spared.
"Oh, many I hate getting wet!" Misty said
"Hey, Misty I wanted to ask you something." Lloyd said to her.
Misty was ringing out her hair and said "Yeah, okay ask away!"
"I was wondering if you wouldn't mind riding back with me instead of riding back on your own dragon.." Lloyd said
"Oh, yeah I can ride back with you...if you don't mind me begin slightly soaked." Misty said
"I don't mind, besides I got splashed too." Lloyd said smiling.
On the way home Lloyd was riding his dragon in the back.
"shouldn't you be ahead of the others?" Misty asked
Lloyd laughed and said "I'll let Kai lead us back home."
"So Lloyd, tell me why you wanted me to ride with you?" Misty said
"I was wondering if you wanted to go see a movie with me later and maybe dinner after?" Lloyd said
"Like a date?" Misty said with an amused look on her face.
"If you want it to be." Lloyd answered and he looked back at her and said "so do you want to go?"
Misty smiled and said "I would love to go."
Lloyd cheered and caused his dragon to do a flip in the air.
"Lloyd!" Misty yelped and he grabbed onto Lloyd a lot tighter than she was.
"I'll go with you if I don't fall off your dragon first!" she said
Lloyd laughed and said "Sorry, Misty."
"It's fine." Misty said "no harm no foul."
They saw that Steeped Wisdom tea shop was coming into view.
