(y/n) POV
"I don't see why Mom though I'd need your help for this." I said, "Because you're an incompetent fool who cant handle a simple job like this." Lucinda said, "Yeah well at least my mom loves me." I said, "That's not what she said earlier." She said, "Lucinda are you trying to pick a fight right now?" I asked, "M...maybe later." She said.
The job was simple walk into the shop with the goons, rob the place, and meet up with Mom back at the base. Mom made me wear the new outfit she got for me as a welcome home gift. It wasn't anything to spectacular it was just a black leather jacket with my symbol on the right sleeve, a red shirt, and a pair of black jeans. She also wanted me to wear my new sunglasses, but I refused. I activated my dark aura and changed my eyes from silver to red. "You look like an idiot." Lucinda said, "Still look better than you." I said.
We walked into the dust shop and I walked up to the shop attendant. "I'm gonna need you to hand over every last bit of dust you've got." I said, the man snickered a bit, "That wasn't a request, now dust, give now or get shot." I said as I pointed my gun at him.
I made sure the store clerk couldn't call the cops by tying him up in the bathroom. "We're almost done sir." One of the goons said, "We're done here. I'm getting a bad feeling so I'm cutting this short." I said as I opened a void to the hideout. I was about to go through when a wall of ice blocked my path, "Stop right there!" A woman shouted, "How about you go away." I said as I compressed a small void in my hand and then released it while pointing at her. The shock wave sent her flying through the glass.
I walked over to her and pointed my blade at her throat, "And now you die." I said, suddenly someone shot me with a stun gun.
"What made you think it was a good idea to rob a dust shop?!" The woman asked, I ignored her, "Winter let me handle this one." My father said as he entered the interrogation room, "So you're name's Winter, good to know." I said. "So what happened to your knife?" He asked as he placed my gun on the table, "It broke." I said, "Your Aunt won't be very happy about that. I see you died your hair. It looks good on you." He said, "Are you here to interrogate me or just piss me off?" I asked, "Where did you learn that kind of language young man!" He said, "From your sister." I said as the last of my aura depleted, "What the?" He said, "Got a problem old man." I said, "(Y/N) (M/N) BRANWEN I AM YOUR FARTHER AND YOU WILL SHOW ME THE RESPECT I DESERVE!" He yelled, "So absolutely none got it." I said, "I got this Qrow." Winter said, "Oh good Ice Queen's back, maybe now things will actually get done." I said.
After Winter convinced Dad to leave she unlocked my handcuffs, "Ok so your either stupid, over confident, or a complete idiot." I said as I rubbed my wrists, "I figured you were getting a bit uncomfortable in those." She said as she sat down, "You know (y/n) I'll be marrying your father soon." She said, "How much is he paying you?" I asked, "Aww that's cute your acting just like him." She said, "YOU TAKE THAT BACK! I'M NOTHING LIKE HIM!" I yelled, "Settle down." She said, "Fine your gonna be his wife so what." I said, "That means I'll also be your stepmother." She said, "Yeah hate to break it to ya, but I already have a mom and you're not her. Speaking of witch I should get home." I said as I opened a void, but Winter blocked it off with ice, "That's really annoying you know that right." I said, "Sit down." She said, I sat back down, "One way or another you will be leaving here, now weather that's with your father and I or in handcuffs on your way to prison is up to you." She said, "Can you bring my dad back in I wanna get a point across." I said.
"Have you made a dissension?" Dad asked, "Yeah, I choose option three." I said, "What there is no third option." Winter said, "Yes there is, I kill you both and go back home to my mom!" I said as I jumped onto the table and drew the sword Salem gave me on my birthday, as I pulled the sword from it's void bolts of dark lightning fired from the exposed blade. "WHERE DID HE GET THAT THING?!" Dad shouted, suddenly my vision blurred and my body felt weak, "GET THAT SWORD AWAY FROM HIM NOW!" A man in green yelled, suddenly the hilt of the blade began to burn my hands and eventually I passed out from the pain.
Winter POV
"Qrow what are we gonna do with him?" I asked, "He wanted to go home so that's exactly what we're going to do." Qrow said, "We cant just let him go back to that woman he calls his mother!" I said, "I never said we were." He said as he walked away. "Ok what happened to me?" (y/n) asked groggily, "I don't know, but Qrow told me that it was because you went somewhere you weren't supposed to." I said, "Don't treat me like a baby. If I screw up I'm enough of a man to own up to it." He said, "Fine you got a weapon that you were never supposed to have anything to do with in the first place and got hurt because of it happy now." I said, "Very, but I should get going Mom's gotta be worried by now." He said, "(y/n) look at your hands." I said, "W...what the... What happened?!" He asked in shock, "Your sword did that, we tried to heal you by amplifying your aura, but it didn't help." I said.
Cinder POV
"Cinder I'm sorry, if I'd knew he'd get caught then I would have stayed!" Lucinda said, "Lucinda stop talking." I said, "Being sorry wont bring (y/n) back, no matter how much I wish it would." I said.
