Three days later:

After Nico has scolded Rose multiple times for coming along even though her injury hasn't completely healed yet the mechanic gave up and now Rose is standing in the van's bathroom to look at her back.

Her wounds are completely gone but have left massive scars behind. A bright smile covers her face as she finally feels useful again.
As she hears the van door open and Nero's voice she immediately runs to him and jumps into his strong arms causing him to tumble backwards.
"Wow there, koala", He says. "I'm healed", Rose says grinning madly. "Really?"
Nero twirls her around with a smile.

"Okay, you two. Rose, I'm glad you're good again but man you had us worry", Nico says crossing her arms in front of her chest.
Rose breaks the hug with Nero.
"I'm sorry, Nico. I didn't mean to worry you guys."
Rose hugs Nico who grateful hugs her back. "Good to have you back", The mechanic says with her typical accent.
"Oh yeah! While I was here I came up with a new idea for an arm", Rose says as she breaks the hug and runs to the workshop in the back of the van.
Excited she hops back with a mechanical arm in her hands in different shades of blue.
"With this you can stun demons for a few seconds! I've had the idea since I got here and now I was finally able to work on it."

Nero gratefully takes the arm from Rose and sticks it into his.
"Let's try it out then", He says with a smirk as he looks outside the van.
More demons have gathered which the male gladly welcomes as a test for his love's invention.
"Let's kick some demon ass", Nico yells excitedly as Nero jumps out the van preparing his arm and with the Red Queen in his other hand.

With swift movements it's almost too easy for Nero to kill the group of demons and with the help of Rose's new arm his time he takes has decreased as well.
While Nero fights the demons Nico and Rose start a conversation.
"So your mother's an angel", Nico asks. "Seems like it. I haven't inherited her powers though but my guess is that my missing brother did."
"You sure that he got kidnapped?"
"It's the only way to explain what I saw. If you were there you know what I'm talking about", Rose says as she follows Nero's movements.
"I always found it funny how he was jealous of Nero for spending so much time with me."

As Nero takes down the last demon he jogs back to the van. "Rose! This arm is awesome", He says making the blonde smile.
"Hey, isn't that V", Nico says as she points at a person behind Nero. 
"Holy shit, it is." Nero walks over to the black haired man who is leaning on his iconic cane. "Where the hell have you been, V?"
V looks up at Nero as Griffon lands on his stretched out arm. "We've been searching the area. If we want to end Urizen's reign we should do it now", He says in a serious tone.
"The Qliphoth have spread out throughout the entire town, if we don't end this now this world will end."

All four look at each other in distress.
"Let me talk to him", Rose suddenly speaks up. "Let me talk to Urizen." Nero's eyes widen. "I beg you're pardon", V says surprised.
"Maybe I can buy some time for you", Rose adds.
"Absolutely not", Nero says taking the blonde's hand. "I won't let that bastard near you."
"Nero, if you want to save the city this might be the only way."
Silence falls over the group.
"I hate to admit but she's right", V suddenly says.
"With Urizen's focus on spreading the roots maybe she will be able to slow down the process."

Nero squeezes Rose's hand as a sign of not wanting to let her out of his sight.
The last events have it him very hard and having his love in danger again won't better it.  

"Nero", Rose whispers. "I won't get hurt, okay?"
"No, I don't trust that son of a bitch. He took you once and the chances of taking you again are high enough. Why would you want to run right into his trap?"
Rose's gaze wanders to the ground.
"So you can be save."
