The New Girl

Part 23

Olivia POV:

I woke up to the sound of the girls chatting and the smell of food. I quickly got out of bed and went to the kitchen area. There I saw the rest of the girls awake

O: morning girls
Ka: morning Liv. I made pancakes
O: mmm yum

I than took and plate and ate with the girls. Once we were done with breakfast we got dressed and met everyone else in the lobby. Abby than said

A: ok kids. We have to start getting ready so let's go to our dressing room

With that, we walked to our dressing room and started getting ready for the group dance. I felt bad for Jojo because she just had to watch us perform. The costumes were really pretty, all of us girls were wearing red and the boys were wearing blue. Jill than said

J: aw I love them

Everyone else was in agreement and Abby than gave us our pep talk.

A: ok guys. This routine is really good and I expect you guys to win. Now hands in

We all put our hands in and said

Ev: 123 we are Abby Lee!
A: ok guys good luck

We than went back stage and did the Aldc ritual. Johnny than whispered in my ear and said

J: good luck beautiful

I blushed and thanked him. The announcer than called us.

An: now join me in welcoming #20 to the stage r&j!

That was our cue. We went on stage and performed. I made sure to follow Abby's corrections and to put a lot of emotion into it. After the dance we ran back to the dressing room to get ready for the duets. Abby, Johnny, and my mom gave me big hugs. Abby than said

A: let's get ready for duets

I kept the same makeup on but my mom changed my hair from a pony tail to a French twist. I than went to out on my costume and I loved it. It was a baby pink color and it was so pretty. Johnny's costume was mostly black but he was wearing a baby pink tie. I was obsessed. When everyone was in the their costumes we started to go over our dances. Abby was paying a lot of attention to Johnny and I but not to the other. I could see than Jill was getting mad and she said

Ji: Abby this isn't fair
A: what's not fair
Ji: you only care about Liv and Johnny's duet. Liv isn't even that good.

When Jill said that I felt my self tearing up. My mom looked like she was going to say something back so Johnny walked me out of the room. He gave me a hug and I was crying into his back

J: hey hey Liv don't cry

He was rubbing my back and I was so thankful that he was there with me

J: Jill doesn't know how amazing you are. And i would like to see Jill do what you do

With that I felt a small giggle leave my lips thinking about Jill dancing

J: now Liv we are going to kick ass
O: is my makeup messed up
J: no you look perfect like always

We than went backstage and waited. Maddie, Kendall, Carson, and Hayden than came back also. Kendall than said

K: I'm sorry about my mom. You are amazing Liv
O: it's ok Kendall

I gave her a hug. After that it was time for my duet. I was ready to win.
