Waking Up Again

Soft sounds woke Soo up from her sleep. Blearily looking up and trying to find out where she was, last night's memory came up. She remembered helping a lady who was injured, Wook telling her off and she yelled at him. Feeling a bit foolish for running away into a forest that she has never been Soo looked down at her lap. There on her was a black cloak that she knew wasn't hers. Looking around to see if anyone was there, she decided she must try to find her way back and hopefully, Wook wouldn't be too mad at her as it was his fault this happened. 

While Soo was getting ready to find where home was, she didn't feel any presence of anyone watching her.  For deep within the woods someone was watching her.  This person was someone who wanted to make sure she got back home. He couldn't figure out why he cared for her and why she didn't run away from him. Keeping an eye on her and making sure she didn't know that he was there was hard work. This girl seemed to attract trouble everywhere she went.

 First, there was a root that she seemed to trip over and then a strange animal came running to her. But instead of running away like he has seen other girls do this strange one bends down and pets it. The dog jumps and licks all over her. And now she most likely wants to take the dog home. So only shakes his head at this. Thank goodness there was no dangerous animal at this time of the day. 

So couldn't help but think about what happened yesterday. He like Wook didn't think too much about the commoners and normally wouldn't care about them. But ever since he heard the argument, he did think that maybe she was right. He remembered what it was like when he was adopted into that kingdom's royal family as their son. All he wanted was a bit of love but all they did was abuse and he vowed he would get even with everyone who wronged him. He has done that, but it didn't mean he was happy but the opposite. In comes this strange girl who makes him challenge everything he ever knew.

Walking behind her, he can hear her sing a song that goes something like Good Day. He can see her doing some sort of movements and it seems like she doesn't care that she is in a forest. So couldn't help but laugh at her as she was cute and funny. As he felt the corners of his mouth lift to a smile he stopped and looked around. 

End of Chapter 7.

Sorry, this is a very short chapter as I have been very busy. I have decided to get Hae Soo to sing one of her very own songs. If you didn't know Hae Soo is acted by IU who is a famous singer in Korea.  I like her singing style, but I can't understand what her songs mean. Enjoy the clip.
