i would never tell someone,
"oh but someone else has it worse than you do"
i would never use that as a form of consolation.
and maybe that's why it makes me so mad
when someone else does.
i know someone else has it way worse,
someone always will.
but that doesn't change the fact
that you're going through
what you're going through.
it doesn't make your pain any less valid.
it almost as if you're supposed to
be thankful you're not them.
