That a a simple rhyme
Can take you through time
That words can make you feel
Even if you don't believe that you're real
And you can keep up the facade
Isnt it weird
How poetry connects us
How poetry can build trust
But you have to open up
Let them fill your cup
It's not as bad as you feared
Isnt it compelling
That metaphors and similes could safe a life
Could help from strife
Could help you find the light
