Hello guys! I'd like to apologize for not keeping in touch. My last update was on 2018? I am not sure. I just opened my Wattpad today. Anyway, I am going to update this story again.

This chapter is unedited since I am doing this during work :D

If there are any grammatical errors in this chapter, forgive me. I will edit everything when the story is complete.

Also, I will add another chapter within this week or next week.

"What do you mean by wife?!" Sebastian said. He looked at Emily in disbelief. I know that right now, Sebastian has so many questions to ask her and I just hope that Emily answers honestly because I know why she's here.

"I know this is hard to believe but I am your brother's wife. Sean and I married last summer." She showed us her ring and Sebastian's eyes widened. "I believe this is your grandmother's wedding ring? Sean gave it to me when he asked my hand for marriage."

"I need to process all of this." Sebastian sat down the couch and he pressed his temple. I sat beside him and I hold his hand. He looked at me and smiled weakly. "Is she really Sean's wife?"

"Yeah... she's your sister-in-law."

Just in time, Ms. Barnes arrived and her eyes landed on his son. Sebastian stood up and Ms. Barnes immediately approached her son and hugged him. "Where have you been for the past two weeks?" She started to cry and Sebastian was trying his best not to cry too.

"You aren't mad at me?" Sebastian's voice cracked.

"I was never mad. I was worried because I thought I lost another son."

"I'm sorry, mom. I'm never leaving again." Finally, Sebastian hugged his mom back. I'm glad that all is well between Sebastian and his mother. The only thing that I'm not certain that there will be any reconciliation is Sean.

Ms. Barnes attention landed on me. She looked at me and smiled. "Thank you for taking him home."

I smiled at her back. Nothing beats a mother's love for her child. I am certain that even if Sean will still neglect her, Ms. Barnes will still accept him back home because a mother's love is unconditional.

All of us are eating quietly at the dining room. Despite the reconciliation between Ms. Barnes and Sebastian, there was complete silence. It was getting awkward that no one is talking. I used to like this kind of set up that no one bothering you while you eat but when I met Sebastian, I started to like the presence of other people and small talks while eating the meal but now, eating quietly in a room filled with people seems so lonely.

I broke the silence in the room and I complimented the meals that Ms. Barnes served for us.

"Thank you, dear." She said. Silence started to fill the dining room again.

"So... Emily?" Sebastian asked. We all looked at her and she awkwardly smiled at me. "How did you and Sean meet?"

"It's a very lovely story, son." Ms. Barnes said. "Do you want to tell Sebastian about your love story with Sean?"

"Of course." Emily said. She looked uncertain on her answer.

"I think you're not aware of this but Sean and I am not really in good terms but I actually want to know more about him. So I'm hoping to know how you and Sean met." Sebastian said. I know what he's up to. He's testing Emily. He wants to make sure that her claim is true... that she's Sean's wife.

"Well... Sean and I met at a coffee shop in Seattle." Emily said. She sound so uncertain and yet Ms. Barnes believed her. I looked at Sebastian. He doesn't look convinced. "I was a barista and he was my favorite customer."
