EPILOGUE

Serenity's P.O.V

*-**5 Years Later**-*

"...just one more roundhouse kick and then your finished for the day sweetheart" My daddy told me as we trained in the pack gym

"Ok daddy" I say as I get in the correct fighting position. He holds the bag still as I lift my left leg up and twist my body to the side slightly, before striking the bag with my leg as hard as I can.

"Good girl"

"Tell me more about mommy" I say to my daddy while we sit on the couch in the living room

"She was perfect, she was so kind and sweet. You could tell her your darkest secrets even if you didn't know her. She loves you, even though she's only saw you once. You look so much like her, except you have my awesome green eyes" He winked at me playfully causing me to giggle "But sometimes your eyes flash amber just like the colour of your moms and it reminds me so much of her" He starts to tear up and his voice cracks.

I walk over to him and climb on his lap. He hugs me tightly and cries into my hair. My daddy always looks strong for everyone else but I know that he's just trying to look like a strong Alpha for the benefit of everyone else

"It's ok daddy, she's in a better place" I grip my daddy's arm and send out my new power. He stops crying and closes his eyes as a small smile takes over his face

"Thank you sweetheart"

"No problem daddy" I grin at him

"Come on, bedtime" He says as he picks me up and starts to walk upstairs with me in his arms

I pout but he just pinches my nose and laughs. I wrap my arms around his neck and lean my head on his shoulder. I close my eyes a he carries me into my pink room. I feel him place me on my bed and kiss my forehead

"I love you daddy" I tell him

"I love you too sweetpea" He says and walks out the room.

I slowly start to get comfortable and drift off into sleep

"Hey baby girl" I hear a feminine voice say

"Who's that?" I ask into the darkness

A tall woman steps into view with chestnut hair down to her waist, small nose, sharp jaw, amber eyes, fragile form and wide eyes. I'm reminded of when my daddy described how mommy looked and showed me a picture...

"Mommy?" I ask the lady

She nods and starts sobbing. I run to my mommy and jump into her arms. She hugs me tightly and cries into my hair. I try to use my power to calm her down but it doesn't seem to be working. She pulls away and looks me in the eye

"Your powers don't work here baby girl" She tells me

"How do you know I have powers?"  I ask my mommy

"I'm your mother, you got your ability to have powers from me" She tells me with a grin

"Cool! Do I have any others?"

"Not yet, the others will show when you shift for the first time" She tells me

I go wide-eyed from excitement and she chuckles at me before kissing me on the forehead. I beam at her and hug her again

"Baby, there's a danger coming so you need to stick to your training and do everything you can to be prepared" She explains seriously

I nod "I will mommy" I say determined

"Well you must wake up now baby" She explains an I nod slowly as I start to cry. She wipes my tears away

"I'll be here whenever you need me baby girl" I nod again and feel the darkness being puled away

"Oh! And tell your dad..."

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I wake up with a deep breath and jolt slightly. My daddy is standing by the door with tears in his eyes
"You wouldn't wake up"
"I was talking to mommy" I explain as I sit up
He looks at me in shock before asking what she wanted I told him she wanted to meet me and told me about a danger. He nodded and was about to walk out the room but I called him back, he turns around and arches a quizzical eyebrow
"Mommy told me to tell you 'Get your lazy butt out of bed'"
He chuckled and walked out the room leaving me to get ready for my training today.
Well it's over *tear*
I'm gonna miss this book but it shall not be sorely missed too much because of the sequel that I have now started. Don't worry i'm pretty sure I will be able to do both 'Alone' and 'Serenity'.
Thank all of you fabulous people who have read my book, it really means a lot! Although I wish some of you voted and commented rather than just read it, because it assures me that the book is enjoyable to read.
I know there are some gaps in the storyline but I will be editing them. Not so much as to cause confusion but enough so the gaps are filled.
Thank again you lovely people, peace out!
