Looks: above is her normal looks but she does usually have four gray eyes usually no pupils, wings and a tail
Clothes: she wears a small black half shirt and dark red short shorts with white at the rims, she wears a red cloak over this though the cloak sometimes turns black depending on her mood
Personality: insane, uncontrollable, unstable, glitchy
Powers: she has the same powers as Raven though she also knows dark magic, she can also steal someone's abilities or powers(This fact is unknown even to her)
Backstory: Raven had been struggling to keep her emotions all pent up, as her emotions had started to fight back, Raven didn't tell anyone of this afraid someone would get hurt, so she tried to deal with this herself though she had lost and something had gotten out, Charm is like Raven's anger but worse much worse though she is like a living being now, she wondered the streets on her own destroying whatever angered her in whatever way she wished and killing whatever and whoever got in her way though she always disappeared into darkness before anyone could find and capture her, she was carefully watched by Slade and tracked by him he has kept her in his sights as he studied things she could do seeing that she was much more powerful than Raven was and had so much more potential, he tried to seek her out even though it was dangerous
