misunderstanding

Jimin's POV

We finished early than expected, Y/n and the other designers are left in peace in their office making the final touches and edits of the characters, while us members are just taking a huge amount of time of break, we were practically bored, well the others are..,

I was preoccupied by my phone as I look at the pictures of me, Hoseok and..y/n, she looks so happy~ I smiled at the picture as I gaze at them for what it seems like hours, although it's just a few takes, it makes my heart warm seeing her smile, it was so nostalgic but at the same time, reminiscing, I love it..

Before anyone finds out, I hid my phone after setting a perfect shot of me and y/n alone as my screen wallpaper, I couldn't help it if she's so beautiful!! *cough* anyway, I looked at the hyungs and they were all asleep, as for me, Jungkook and V, we were still wide awake, no fatigue whatsoever as we mind our own business, Jungkook playing on his phone and V reading a book that he brought along, as for me...well, I'm bored now..,

y/n must also be bored by now, or maybe stressed..who knows, she must be tired..

Being curious and thoughtful, I stood up from my rest on the couch and went to a vending machine, grabbing a drink for me and also for y/n, I smiled at the thought of what would y/n react, the more I see her face flush and become so clumsy, maybe this a secret side of "her", what if the y/n I knew back then was really her? I have to find out

I walked to y/n's office, but I got lost..didn't really memorize it to be honest, so I went to the front counter and asked where y/n's office is, the lady was surprised but her subtle and calm face remained, she looked at me closely as if she was staring at my soul, this is awkward..after that, she went back to what she was doing in her computer, then she gave me the directions, I thanked her and left, holding tight on both our drinks, I was excited to see y/n,

After some walking, I suddenly realized I was skipping, like a kid! I don't know why even though I haven't confirmed y/n is really THE y/n I knew, a lot of differences were seen on them, but nevertheless, I like both of them...maybe I might like y/n...but..

I stopped walking as I reached y/n's door, I paused for a moment and thought about it, looking at the drink I got her..it felt..wrong..

I'm not supposed to be close to her and neither does hyung! (J-hope), we're idols, we can't have paparazzi gang up on us..and it will bring us down, and I can't have y/n go down with us... I took one last breath as I sigh and grip on the drink I had for her,

L/n Y/n..if you are what I think you are and loved...I will come back to you

Your POV (didn't expect it did you? 😜)

You suddenly sneezed and got some saliva on your computer eewww.. you were grossed out as you reach for your tissues at the end of the your table, but it ran out, you sighed and got up from your chair and walk to the door, you opened it and went out but something you bumped into made you pause, you looked down and saw a drink rolling to the side, you took it and was surprised, looking at the hallway if someone just left and left it there...who could possibly be?..

I wondered who it was but no matter, I smiled as I look at the drink, thanking whoever gave it to me in the back of my mind, I set it at my desk and left my office to get some tissues, I can't stop thinking of who might have given it to me..maybe it's Jimin! 😍..but..it couldn't be him, why would he do that...I'm sure it could've been anyone..maybe it was Hobi..

You blushed at the thought and just smiled, later on, you got back to your office with a new tissue box and cleaned your computer, you went back to working,

An hour later

You finally finished your work, Mang and Chimmy looks so cute!! 😍😍😍 You were proud of yourself and pat your back, taking a selfie with your work, of course you didn't post it..you will lose your job if you did..you saved your work and went to the board office to prepare it along with your co-workers work, after that you went back to your office slouching as you sigh in relief that you were finally done and achieved something worth more than gold! You squealed in joy in your chair and kinda hit your knee on your table,

"Argh..oww.." I groaned in pain as I stupidly hit my knee on my table, suddenly I heard something fall on the table and I saw that it was the drink from earlier..I still haven't drank it..?

You grabbed the drink and it was a juice, you sighed again in relief that it wasn't a softdrink, or else something bad might've happened to your stuff..not my stuff 😭..

I drank it as I opened it, as I gulp in the sweet bitterness of the juice, my eyes welled up, tears slowly fell from my eyes, "wh-what the-??" I stopped drinking and touched my cheeks in shock, why am I crying?? The juice was great but not to the point I would cry..

It felt like the juice had something more than its taste..but a feeling was poured that it (jung-)shook my heart, my eyes continued to cry as I let it fall, I looked at the drink mysteriously and saw a note under it,

"A drink like no other, made with pure love, from who made it and who will give it. -from a special someone."

It was factory written but it felt like it was written specifically by someone, you cried more and smiled, really thanking whoever gave it and loving that person more, but the thought of maybe it was Hobi or Jimin, made you hopeful..but was sure that Hoseok gave it..

"I may have to thank him personally, it'd be rude if I didn't.."
