I clicked my phone three times and sent it into sos mode

"What do you guys have on you?" The man asked

"Nothing," I say he stared at me and swings the gun my way

"That's a bitch move, Eilish," the man says I look over at Elliot who was a bright red shaking mess

"You got to understand, I- we don't got anything," I say he rolled his eyes, I study his face and notice who it is

He swings the gun to Ellie and I freak for a moment

"This is what happens when you fuck with my heart," the man shouts shooting a bullet into Ellie

"Holy shit, Elliot," I shout as I go to hold her

"Billie," she cried "I love you,"

I look over to the shooter

"Fucking shoot me," I say he looked confused "I said shoot me now!"

"I can't do that, I came for what I wanted, and got it," he says before exiting the car and running into a alleyway

"Hold on Ellie, everything will be fine," I say as I press my hand into her chest where she was shot

I pull up my phone and call the cops

"My girlfriend was shot!" I shout

"Okay ma'am, please calm down I'm sending police to you right now, where in that area are you?" The lady on the line says

"In a black BMW," I say she hummed an okay

"Okay, are you applying weight on the wound?" She says

"Yeah," I say I heard the faint sound of police sirens and smiled "hold on snowflake, you'll make it," I bend down and kiss her cold lips

"Please billie," She says slowly I nod and see the cops and ambulance pull up

"They are here now, your safe," I say
The cops pulled the doors open holding up their guns, when they saw only us

They slowly lowered them

"We got it from here ma'am," a EMT says pushing me out the way to get to Ellie

I look around at the Scene folding out in front of me,

This was supposed to be a wholesome lunch, and turned into a massive mess

I broke down crying blood on my hands

"Ma'am?" A police officer says I turn to him

"Is there by any chance you know the shooter?" He says I nod

"I know a lot about him," I say the cop handed me a wet wipe to wipe my hands

"Could you tell what you know?" He says grabbing his notepad

"Well his name is Tyler Faye and he's an actor and singer, he's the victims ex boyfriend of 1 day," I say the officer nods

"That's good enough, thank you, I'll have that young lady over there drive you home," he says pointing at a young officer in a bright floral blouse and a light grey tight skirt

"Hello, you must be billie," she says I looked confused at her

I didn't tell anyone my name?

"Strange how I know your name right? I work with famous people's cases, and you just happened to be famous," she says was a quirky laugh

"Oh," Is all I could get out before getting in her car

"Ah, really ready to go home huh?" She says

"Yes, I am, i just witnessed my girlfriend get shot, I'm sick to my stomach and I want to go home, now please start the car so i can," I say she nods and put the keys in the car and pulling off.

When we got to my house I didn't even thank her, I just got out and walked inside

"Hey Billie," Mom says I look at her and break down crying "oh no,Billie?" She rapped her arms around me and I fell to the floor her falling with me

I hear extremely loud running and the kitchen door swings open showing finneas holding up his phone

"El!" He shouts I open my eyes to look at him and nod

"It was her fucking ex!" I shout and cry into mom

"Oh honey, who is El?" Mom says

"It's the girl she's nonstop been hanging with, I told you about her earlier," Finneas says getting on the ground to hug me too.

"I have to go the hospital to see her," I say and wipe my face, and grab my keys off the wall

"I'm going with you," Finneas says and grabbed his slides and put them on

We walk to my car and drive to the hospital

"Hello!" The lady at counter says with a smile on her face " how can I help you?"

"I'm here to see Elliot...Peare," I say the lady nods I tap my nails on the desk waiting

"She's in room 432 on floor 10 but you can't see her right now," she says I look at finneas

"Why not?" He says

"Well...she's not doing so fine, I'm sorry," she says I feel my body start to shake

"No that can't be right. She's not even hurt, where she was shoot is not even a bad spot," I start to freak out

"I'm sorry ma'am. If you want to leave your number, I'll call you as soon as you are allowed to see her," she says I nod and write my number down on the notepad she gave me.

"Thank you for your help," Finneas says and grabbed my hand pulling me out the hospital and to the coffee shop across the street

"You got pills?" I say he shock his head

"I don't think you need those," he says I shook my head

"I got some at home, I'm good for now," I say and walk up to the lady working

"Hello, what can I get you tonight?" She says

"A large black coffee," I say

"Yes ma'am, anything for your guy friend?" She says looking up at finneas

"Yeah, I'll take a small black coffee," he says I walk to a table and crawl up in the seat

"Thank you," Finneas says and slides into the seat with a cup the size of mega minds head and the other a salt shaker

"You sure you can handle all the coffee?" He says I nod and look out the window noticing it was already dark

"God, I hate winter," I mutter sipping my drink.

"It's pretty much night already," he says I look at my phone

"She had two meetings around this time today," I sat as I felt a couple tears slip out my eyes.
