I punched Jake. In the face. Without any second thought.
I gave him a nose bleed and I'm not even sorry about it. I smile before turning around and taking Cubs into my arms.
"Lock up!", I say not even turning around.
I don't care if he stains his precious shirt or gets lost in the woods, as if he would get lost. He knows these woods like the back of his hand.
Not only that im pretty sure he has the keys to the treehouse so I can just leave him be.
"Wait!"
I hear keys jingling and the wooden door being close. As I continue to walk away, I hear him walking down the stairs in a hurry.
"Go home!" I shouted not looking back. We finally reach the street and an engine roars behind me. I'm guessing that's his motorcycle. Still I continue to walk while increasing my pace.
The sound of his engine is getting closer. I look beside me to see him on his black motorcycle. His pace equal to mine. The motorcycle is the same one as- Nevermind.
"Ride with me", he says look at me.
"Eyes on the road", I say not even looking at him.
I take out my phone and plug my earphones. In a attempt to forget about his exsistance I play the song 'Wild Enough' by Elina and turn up the volume. He sighs out of frustration.
To your palette
I'm translucent
At least when I am looking at myself
You're that coltsfootBreaking pavement
All I seem to do is break these things
I might be a faded Polaroid
Trying to be something that I have never beenIf I was dancing on the tables
Buying rounds 'til the dawn
Is that wild enough, wild enough
Wild enough for you?Talking dirty in the bedroom
Be the one to start a fight
Would that be wild enough
Wild enough for you?Am I wild enough
Wild enough for you?
Am I wild enough
Wild enough for you?To your major
I'm minor
Breaking every single chord you playI'm sweet wine but
You want whiskey
And I just wish I could be strong enoughStill a faded Polaroid
But I can't be something that I have never beenIf I was dancing on the tables
Buying rounds 'til the dawn
Is that wild enough, wild enough
Wild enough for you?Talking dirty in the bedroom
Be the one to start a fight
Would that be wild enough
Wild enough for you?Am I wild enough
Wild enough for you?
Am I wild enough
Wild enough for you?Yeah I bet you fantasize about somebody else
Someone that would fulfill your needs
But I bet it's never been this good with anyone elseThere is so much you haven't seen in me
Ba da ba da ba da ba, mm mm mmIf I was dancing on the tables
Buying rounds 'til the dawn
Is that wild enough, wild enough
Wild enough for you?Talking dirty in the bedroom
Be the one to start a fight
Would that be wild enough
Wild enough for you?Am I wild enough
Wild enough for you?
Am I wild enough
