Barry Allen is a very boundary pushing character, he likes to see just how far he can go. So does Tony Stark, you'd think that would bring them together but it's the complete opposite. They claim one another to be complete chaos at first glance.
After accidentally speeding to the mcu (marvel cinematic universe) his first stop is a quiet coffee shop where Tony Stark happens to be employed. Tony is quick to realize that Barry does not belong, creating a series of arguments between the two. No matter how much they bicker and fight, Barry still makes his way over to that same coffee shop.
The costumers eventually becoming fed up with their arguing that Tony is reported and fired, Barry tries to make it up to him but Tony is still being Tony. Resistant and stubborn.
EXTRA INFORMATION, Barry Allen's character belongs to DC and Tony Stark's character belongs to Marvel. How they are betrayed in this plot belongs to us, the admins.
You might be a little confused, this is a crossover plot! Barry Allen was chosen because of his ability to travel to different universes, in this book he will travel to the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Barry and Tony do begin the book as frenemies, to any reader it should seem as if they dislike each other.
Tony Stark is not the genius and sarcastic asshole we all love, he's still a sarcastic asshole though.
